Additional charges for making an trench for laying UG cables. As the lighthouse is located in a coastal area, it is challenging to dig for cable laying to the collapsing sand, dewatering requirements, and other associated difficulties.

Labour charges for fixing 50x50mm cable trunking from the tower bottom to the top through core-cut holes, using 8x35mm stainless steel (SS) screws and washers at 2-foot intervals, ensuring secure mounting on the lighthouse tower wall. The rate includes the high-risk job of installing the 50x50mm cable trunking, laying a double run of 2-core x 6 sq.mm underground (UG) cable, properly securing the UG cable with 18 SWG bare copper wire, and closing the 50x50mm cable trunking.

Labour charges for fixing 12.5x32mm mini cable trunking from the tower bottom to the top through core-cut holes, and all round balcony at top of Lihthouse and bottom of Lighthouse using 8x35mm stainless steel (SS) screws and washers at 2-foot intervals, ensuring secure mounting on the lighthouse tower wall using flat Tee, end cap. The rate includes the high-risk job of installing the 12.5x 32mm mini cable trunking, laying a 1.5sq.mm x 2core wire, 2.5 x 3core wire and closing the 12.5x32mm cable trunking.

Labour charges for removing paver blocks from the road, breaking the concrete below, laying a 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) pipe, and then restoring the surface by refilling, concreting, and relaying the paver blocks as per the original condition.

Additional charges for making an earth pit. As the lighthouse is located in a coastal area, it is challenging to dig for pipe earthing due to the collapsing sand, dewatering requirements, and other associated difficulties

Fabrication and Supply of 16 SWG GI sheet for covering existing Lift cable, Automation cable, NAIS cables laid from the tower bottom to the top, passing through each staircase landing. The sheet shall be properly bent to form a box-type enclosure suitable for covering cables. It shall have a minimum 1" bend on both sides for screws to ensure proper fixing to the wall. The total dimensions of the box, including the side plates for wall fixing, shall be (25mmx127mmx330mmx127mmx25mm) 25mm (1" for making screws on wall) × 127mm (5" height of the box from wall) × 330mm (13" length of the box to cover PVC pipe and cables) × 127mm (5" height of the box from wall )× 25mm (1" for making screws on wall)

Applying one coat of Etch primer ( Special primer for GI sheet metals for prevent peeling paint) on both sides and two or more coating of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand same colour of existing colour of wall.

The base is welded with a 10" x 10" x 6mm MS plate and gusset plates. The top of the pole features a 3" x 1" GI reducer, followed by a 3-foot length dual arm of 1" C-Class pipe with a 45-degree bend of both arm

Civil masonry work involves excavating a pit measuring 1.5 ft × 1.5 ft × 2 ft deep. Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of mix ratio 1:1.5:3 is laid at the bottom of the pit. A pole is then positioned on the PCC base, and concreting is carried out up to ground level. A 1.5 ft × 1.5 ft × 1.5 ft framework is fabricated for the above-ground portion of the concrete, incorporating a 40 mm PVC pipe for street cabling to the junction box. The framed box around the pole is then filled with concrete up to 1.5 ft above ground level, followed by plastering to complete the surface finish. (The work is inclusive of material, transport, labour etc.)

Labour charges for removing the existing street light poles, including breaking the existing civil structure, excavating the earth, and removing concrete and the pipes. The removed materials shall be handed over to the Lighthouse in charge.

Labour charges for removing paver blocks from the road, breaking the concrete below, laying a 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) pipe, and then restoring the surface by refilling, concreting, and relaying the paver blocks as per the original condition.

Additional charges for making an trench for laying UG cables. As the lighthouse is located in a coastal area, it is challenging to dig for cable laying to the collapsing sand, dewatering requirements, and other associated difficulties.
