CLEANING OF EXISTING SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANK AND REPAIR TO DRAIN, CULVERT, FENCING, JAFFREY WALL, PATH, HARD STANDING ETC IN CAMP AREA, MAUDE LINE AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE (AF) PALAM, DELHI CANTT-10

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for sewer lines, manholes, well etc and getting out in soft/loose soil

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3m.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil

Removing excavated material/ soil to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 200m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete for internal dia of pipe 150mm and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

All as per item No. 6 here-in-before but internal dia 200mm.

Material and Labour for concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

All as per item No 7 here-in-before but bore of pipe 200 mm.

Material and Labour for 150 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes Class NP-2 laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified.

All as per item No 9 here-in-before but bore of pipe 200 mm.

M&L for removal of blokage in sewage line between manholes of various sizes including removing rugs of any type, dirt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P complete. (ii) The lines measured once can not measured again within three months, if block in the same lines re-occure with in three months the contractor has to remove the blockage and shall not be paid extra for this (iii) Minimum one persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days for attending the complaints of Sewage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 24 hours except on holidays, the recovery @ Rs 200/- per complaint shall be made from contractors dues. (iv) All the above machineries shall be procured and shall be deposited in complaint cell of AGE B&R-II, AF Station Palam within 20 days on commencement of the work

M&L for removal of blokage of soil/waste pipes, WC, WHB, Bottle Trap, Floor/ Nahani trap etc running on external wall of building complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole upto 1 m depth and removal of sludge silt/liquid/mud/sand/water etc in foul position to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed

S&F for 75mm bore cast iron, sand cast, soil, waste & vent pipes in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls complete.

S&F in repair Cast Iron branch piece single/Tee etc (equal or unequal) ordinary or invented (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches for 100mm bore pipe.

S&F in repair for 75mm bore cast iron branch piece/Tee etc with oval access door single (equal or unequal) ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches complete.

S&F in repair cast iron bends any radius, diminishing pieces or tapers 100mm bore size complete.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings/benching including use of necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compounding @3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement on walls upto four storied building. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement on walls.

S&F in repairs gully traps size 150X150mm square or round mouthed type 'P' including CI cover complete.

Supply only Water Proofing compound complete all as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for & forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required, Internal dia of pipe 150mm/200 mm.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry build in cement mortar including all quions/archers etc completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of debris from site to outside of MoD land.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints and filling with sand bitumunous mix all as specified ans as directed.

S&F in repair chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cmx25cmx25mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) as in path complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand layer under floor of interlocking paver tiles including watering and consolidation.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, sub floor etc.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured and printed as in vertical surface/dado/skirting etc of size 450x300x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile including 10 mm thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors etc.

M&L for Non–Skid Ceramic Coloured tiles of size 300X300X7mm in size laid as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair framed mild steel works as in drain cover, sun shade, grill, guard bar, cooler stand etc by using angle iron section and MS flat with end of bar shoulders and or riveted or forged into spikes of grade Fe-410 or 310 complete.
