Supply and errecting prestressed concrete pole 11 mtr long 152mmx152mm at top and 152mmx260mm at bottom of class 9, including painting with five strips of 30cm each black and white paint in alternate strips from the top of coping of pole upto1.5mtr height complete, spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric connections of incoming and outgoing cable and taking down the defective transformers indoor/ outdoor type 11 KV/433 Volts of capacity 75 KVA to 315 KVA from any position by hiring Crane service for lifting up & down and arranging suitable size vehicle for transporting to auth workshop for rewinding of transformer, repairs, shifting back the same to site after repairs and installing & testing at original position complete all as directed, connecting up, commissioning and testing. Notes : (a) The item includes for draining out transformer oil, opening up transformer taking out core, HV and LV windings to detect faults, reassembling the transformer after necessary repairs including replacement of top rubberised/ fiber gasket and worn out fastners such as nuts, bolts and washers for fixing of top covers (b) Spare parts i.e HT/ LT insulated copper winding, HT, LT Brass rod shall be measured and paid separatelty. (c) Proper care should be taken during dismantling/transportation of the transformer,if the transformer is damaged due to the neglegency,contractor shall be responsible for the same and cost of the same will be paid by the contractor at no extra cost.

Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil of transformer any capacity indoor/ outdoor type with dehydration machine including checking of dielectric strength of transformer oil before and after dehydration complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in repair GI tube light grade 80 mm bore in trenches/ along poles under roads/floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, filling and mass concrete, coping to new/existing pole etc, including necessary form work if required and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surfaces of coping/platform including dismantling/ demolition of the existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/Maint day to day HT electrical network in the jurisdiction of AGE B/R Sangrur cantt area scattered within 1 KM radius intimated by Engineer-in-charge, JE , SBA as well as users by deploying dedicated team having good knowledge of HT line and fault rectification the defect of day to day working as under :- Note:- Store/material required will be issued by department

Cleaning of all type breakers/switchgears, Transformer, Panels, tightening of connections in HT breakers/ switchgears installed in sub station No -1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10,11,12,13 & 14 at various locations compete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of HT fuse wire all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair/replacement of HT jumper all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair/replacement of GOD male/female contact all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Finding and rectification of fault on HT line and repair the HT line as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note (A) : (a) Contractor will provide all T&P, communication device (Mobile Phone) to deployed persons required for repair of HT/LT Electrical switch gear including safety equipments such as all types of T&Ps (Bambooladders, screw drivers, wire/cable cutters with blades, multi meters, cutting pliers, tourch lights etc) for routine maintenance and protection of the trademan as well as daily activity incl safety dress, hand gloves, rubber boots, safety belts and helmets etc, complaint register, job card and necessary transportation required for attending complaints/faults/brake downs duty wiil be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (b) On intimation of any type of fault tripping of HT/LT switch gear incomer as well as outgoing feeder the contractor is responsible to locate the fault by the dedicated team comprising tradesman helpers required numbers as per the gravity/nature of the work involved to restorethe power supply and communicate with SBA on duty and getting permit card for working on HT lines and deposit the permit card after rectification of fault, all the activities shall be carried out within reasonable time as given by the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Periodical maintenance of following feeders which includes trimming of tree branches which are touching with HT and LT feeders and overhead line, maintenance of GOD, jumpers, maintenance of defective disc or pin type insulators, tightening of jumpers, fixed and moving parts of GODs, restretching of HT/LT overhead line conductors falling due to storms. Note (B) : Penalty Charges : If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by the contractor than recovery as under will be affected :- (a) Not providing T&P, protective clothing or safety equipment and not used by the team - Rs 500 per Job. (b) Not providing mobile phones duly re-charged or suitable transportation as per specified above or not attending the call - Rs 500 per job per mobile. (c) Not taken repair action within 01 hour after receiving job workt - Rs 500 per job.
