M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces of (Plastered or unplastered) including cornices pilasters and other wall features by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted after filling of any depression by wall care putty including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders etc. and cleaning of furniture and floors , doors/ windows complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No.1.00 above but one coat white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of wall care putty of approved tint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old oil painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synethic enamel paint on surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of iron works of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjas, cornices etc, including brooming, scraping down, Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grassy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty as required and applying one coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint over and including necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint as approved by manufacturer over and including necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying one coat of wall care putty and two coats of oil bound distemper of approved tint and including necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint over and including of a coat of exterior wall primer as approved by Manufacture including necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone/brick/ concrete masonry surfaces with using integral water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster, complete all as specified and directed.
