Supply and fix steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete, M-25(Design mix), using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 15-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed as in platform. NOTE :- Size of the Kota stone shall be 550mm x 450mm.

Taking down damaged steel doors area up to 20 sqm carrring out repairs including material and labour for replacement of damge steel part except MS sheet (sheeet will be measured separately) and re-fixing the door in position including neccessary greasing / oiling for proper functioning and any other work required for proper working of door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 1.25mm mild steel, plain, black sheet as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:3:6), type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in plinth protection including providing neccesary constuction joints and finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chipping, removing carefully loose concrete work by low impact hammer breaker without damaging the structure, cleaning & disposal of malba outside the premises etc., & also cleaning the existing reinforced concrete including casting, repairing existing structure by using polymer modified mortar, with cement fine aggregate ratio 1:3 by weight mixed with polymer cement ratio 20% keeping water cement ratio 30% to 60% depending on required work stability make Dr Fixit or equivalent, thickness up to 40mm including leveling profile etc.. each layer shall not have more than 20mm with epoxy latex bond coat before each layer including formwork required at any height complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surfaces 350x 250x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm / 300 x 450 x 7mm thick or equivalent set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix vitrified ceramic tiles, dark shaded colours, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pressed steel frames made of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet size 105x60mm for doors, ventilator with single rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc with and including PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate to fill the frame and making good complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats and frame area exc. 1.5 sqm but n.exc. 4.00 sqm each including shutters without taking off shutter from the frame and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix second class hardwood 35 mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered old surface of ceilings including brooming down or scrapping down with steel wire brushes, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one finishing coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of floor surfaces, removal of all debris, detrimental to flooring system, dirt, oil containments, grease & surface coating & test the moisture content & vapour emission rate to observe the surface dry, so that the surface is ready to achieve permanent bond with flooring as determined by manufacutrer recommended bond & moisture test, then apply 3mm thick two coats of component of epoxy coating in compliance with manufacturers installation instructions complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for fixing and connecting in replacement test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm thick drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws fixed to GI strip bracket fixed to porcelain insulator on wall as in repairs, including dismantling of old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Porcelain insulator will be measured and paid separetely.

Supply and fix of vitreous china porcelain insulator, white, with busbar supports, fixed on wall or on roof (upto 35 feet above GL) for fixing of any type of earth continuity strip including dismantling of old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Cost of suitable fixing jobs like drilling, welding, etc. required for fixing of strip and insulators on the any surface at site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with hot dip galvanized steel pipe in pipe electrode, outer pipe 76mm dia medium grade and inner pipe 55 mm dia including testing, 3 mtr long and having 50x6 mm terminal on inner pipe to connect earthing strip with 14 mm holes for nut bolts, buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 100 mm dia and 3.3 mtr deep using suitable mechanical drilling machine (for drilling near the specified bldg) connected with galvanized steel earthing lead of 32x6 mm strip with minimum two Nos of GI nut bolts and connected to test point from earthing pit, area between pipes filled with dry type chemical powder, the electrode pipes should be filled with 2x 25 kg bags of carbide based BFC earthing compound, the resistance of the compound should be less than 0.1 Oms, the compound should be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities with Ph value between 7-9. connected to the earthing test point, fiber reinforced FRP pit not less than 300x300x240 mm with pit cover, including necessary returning filling and removal of extra soil, to achiev earth resistance value less than 5 Ohms including testing complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- U-Protect or techno commercially equivalent model in makes as per Appendix 'C'. NOTE: If the desired result not obtained after testing, the contractor shall do re-eathing without any extra cost.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm to be buried in ground /wall as earth continuity conductor to be fixed from test point to test point including dismantling of old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Rate for Earth work required shall be deemed in quoted rate.
