Construction of Buttress Wall 235 m in length Located at 1040RL of Dep 14 for Prevention of Soil Erosion FY 2026 27

Earth work excavation by Mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth , lead up to 50m,disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil."

Carriage of materials by Mechanical Transport including collection of Boulders from waste dump area or from locatioln as shown by Mining department, loading, transporting the same upto 5KM lead, unloading and sttacking at the site of buttress wall and as per the direction of Engineer -In-charge(Volumetric measurement shall be paid with 15% deduction of voids)

Arranging, transporting,collecting,Breaking in required size of locally available boulders of manually workable size and shifting the same upto 500m lead for making check bund/buttress wall /toe wall by stacking in proper way in layers as per profile as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and wrapping the bund/toe wall with chain link mesh 100x100mm opening size tightening with 2.00mm G.I Wire and tied with 12mm dia ribbed balr link at 3.00mtrs C/C complete as oer direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Volumetric measurement shall be paid with 15% deduction of voids & chainlink mesh Qty & reinforcemnt work paid seperately)

Steel Reinforcement for tying chain link mesh at toe wall work including staightening, cutting, bending an placing in position and binding all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Chain link fabric fencing mesh of size 50X50 mm made of G.I wire of dia 4mm straigtening with 2 mm dia nuts, bolts and washers engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C.pipes including collars /spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cementmortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand including testing of joints etc. complete 600 mm dia RCC pipes

Earth work in Excavation/filling using Excavator EX-215 (i.e hiring of Excavator) payment shall be made as per nos of hours utilization of Excavator EX-215.
