Supply, Install, test and commissioning of 16 M High galvanized mast light in two section suitable for 47 m/sec wind speed alongwith head frame , luminiares carriage suitable for 6 luminiaries in symmetrical arragement and other accessories manufactured in factory with raising double drum winch, 6 mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, intergal power tool motor, manual handle , junction box , lighting finial , wiring material from JB to individual luminiare & MCB in base compartment are as part of installation, foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts , washers , anchor plate and common template and outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar box speificfied here in after complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out / laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out / laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning fillingin, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 metre above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread clean M-SAND in trenches including levelling, punning for cushioning of cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured.

Supply and lay in trenches dry fly ash bricks for cable protection keeping width of the brick parallel to the length of the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix tubes light grade ,galvanised ,50 mm dia with all fittings for cable protection,laid in trenches /fixed on wall,floors etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Tata/Jindal/ Zenith

Cutting road of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below ground level all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type D-1 using 40 mm graded aggregate for filling and foundation concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point including excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC Chamber 1:2:4, B1 type and precast RCC cover slab 50 mm thick with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 8mm CTD bar 150c/c both ways funnels, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade,wire mesh, GI Protection pipe 40mm dia light grade connecting test point and testing on completion and as directed. Note:-The rate quoted is inclusive of GI strip 32x6 mm earth conductor upto a length of 7.5m from the earth pit.
