Operation, maintenance of pumping machineries along with all electrical and mechanical ancillaries for raw water pump house, clear water pump house and sub-station (1600 KVA, 6KV_433V, Indoor type) of MP WTP at Palta under N24pGS Ar area w_s scheme

Part - A Operation of pumping machinary and upkeepment of pump houses, sub-station by deputing nine nos operator, one no electrician and one no sweeper at Mangal Pandey Water Treatment Plant with maintaining operational log book of raw water, clear water, back wash, vacuum and dewatering pumping machinery, EOT crane / hoisting arrangement at raw water, clear water pump house including electrical substation having transformer, HT breaker, HT and LT panel, APFC panel, battery charger along with ventillation system. Operation of raw water pumps, clear water pumps, back wash pump, vacuum pump, dewatering pump at their respective station having PDB, MCC, operating panel, pressure gauges, vaccum gauge mechanial level instrument, operational sluice / other valves, acuator operated valves as per direction of EIC. w.e.f. 01/12/2026 to 30/11/2027.

PART-B Providing Supervisor having sufficient experience to supervise, maintain and handle all electrical and mechanical related problems in maintaining close contact with official of PHE Dte., local authorities / administration, CESC authority to sustain smooth and uninterrupted water supply. (Observation of the supervisor to be submitted in due course) w.e.f. 01/12/2026 to 30/11/2027.

Routine and regular maintenance (as per IS 10118 & 10028) of pumps, motors, starters, all panels, valves with actuators, EOT crane / hoisting arrangement at raw water pump house, clear water pump house, pressure gauges, vaccum gauge including replacement of push button switches with actuator, indicating lamps / LED, timers all indication and recording meters, fuses, contractors, coils, control wiring and power wiring of panel boards, terminations including supply of all replacement materials as mention for all LT distribution panel board, all operating panels, LPBS board, power factor correction panels, cable tray to be done. w.e.f. 01/12/2026 to 30/11/2027.

Servicing, testing and calibration of electrical installation by approved agency (Directorate of Electricity / WBSEDCL / Any power Generating Company) in presence of official of PHE Dte. as per guideline (IS 10028 / 10118) (Test report to be submitted before finalising the bill)
