Providing and laying of dry stone soling in foundation/trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming. (Subject to actual quantities during execution).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level. i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: i. Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

ii. Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

iii. Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

iv. Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls (Under 20 cm wide.)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). i. Second kail wood

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. i. Particle Board 12mm thick. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides, Grade I, Type II IS : 12823 marked.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. i. Second class Kail wood

Extra for providing frosted glass panes 4 mm thick instead of ordinary float glass panes 4 mm thick in doors, windows and clerestory window shutters. (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside rebate shall be measured)

Providing and fixing IS : 1341 marked M.S. heavy weight - Butt Hinges with necessary screws etc., complete : i. 75x60x3.10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : i. 250x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : i. 100x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminum handles ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete i. 100 mm

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass night latch of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. i. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: i. 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: i. 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. (Two coats).

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: i. Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. i. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. i. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Welded).

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. i. Fixed to steel windows by welding

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. i. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown

Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 meter deep with 45x45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. i.
