M&L for excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up / taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for returning filling in, Including spreading, levelling, Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing wherever directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

S&F of sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Cables of the following sizes:- Note Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F of Junction box thermoplastics polystyrene/polycarbonate enclosure, shock proof, IP65 (weather proof), rust proof, dust proof, water proof, internally embedded gasket with provision for all side cable entry through glands (IP-65) and/or grommets (IP-55). Size of enclosure: (205x255 x112) mm with suitable connecters for 2Ph/1Ph loop in loop out and branch out vibration proof connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT panel not less than 3mm thick of modular polycarbonate thermoplastic enclosures outdoor type with copper bus bar of capacity 400A, factory made, CPRI approved, floor mounting type, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen and silicon free, anti-acid and anti corrosive, enclosure should be IP-65 Protection in accordance with IEC 60529.The gasket material shall be polyurethane while the gasket shall be internally embedded including suitable working space in bus bar chamber suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415V, 50HZ, AC supply and fixed on raised PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) raised base with cable glands, phase indicators, internal wiring, CT of suitable Ratio, digital voltmeter and ammeter, air passing holes with bproper spacing to accommodate to all control switches and other accessories, cable connections with suitable size of lugs/thimble etc including suitable size canopy to cover the panel with proper fixing arrangement including excavation and elarth work including dismantling the unserviceable panel and comprising the followings. Note:-. 1. The manufacturer of board / panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60 439-1 and IEC 61 439-2 for power switchgear and control gear assembly. The contractor must be submitted routine test certificate from manufacturer/principal company in accordance with IEC 60 439-1. The type test report as per CPRI (in accordance with IEC 60 439-1) should consist with following: i) Degree of protection of system ii) Temperature Rise Limit iii) Dielectric Properties iv) Short Circuit Withstand Strength v) Effectiveness of protective circuit vi) Clearance and creepage distance vii) Mechanical Operation 2. For better safety the Polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-1, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent. 3. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. 4. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. 5.The quoted rate includes the excavation, earth work and required base for fixing the complete panel.

S&F of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of apprx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total lenth inside and up to planting depth outside.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology including 150 mm dia HDPE pipe suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The quoted rate shall deemed to be included of taking permission from concerned authority like Army Signal and other utility authority and any damage done during execution of work and the same will be repaired/replaced by the Contractor.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I (1991).

S&F 35 W post top lantern having protection IP 65/66 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
