Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm. Measured at a height of 1mt. above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50mt. Outside the periphery of the area cleared. (if however, only grass is met with the area will be measured and paid for item 4001.

Demolishing R.C.C. work including stacking of steel bars & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt,sand, clay , gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method as may be convinient or permitted, inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditionsetc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out consstruction of, shoring and strutting and bracing,removal of stump and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of excavated stuff in specified areas with all leads and lifts etc and as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. all complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for (a) Foundation, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

(b)vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Columns, Pillars ,piers,abutments, posts and strut, square, rectangular, polygon in plan. etc.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: (a) All works upto plinth level.

12mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 coase sand)

Earthwork in Embankment with approved earth (Contractor earth)/moorum including spreading the earth in layers not exceeding 250mm. in depth, breaking clods, rolling each layer with half ton roller or wooden or steel hammer including filling up ground depression, dressing etc. complete with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Random rubble masonry of laterite stone not less than 20 cm laid dry in pitching rivetment etc.
