Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (SS 304 grade) adjustable friction windows stays of approved quality with necessary stainless steel screws etc. to the side hung windows as per direction of Engineerin- charge complete.

PLINTH PROTECTION WORKS

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed andconsolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Epoxy Grout Providing and Sealing the cracks, in the concrete surface, after opening the cracks using suitable tools or saw cut in the crack, and cleaning the interior sides of the crack using sharp tools to remove all loose materials, using two component, high strength, non-sag, epoxy compound Nitobond PC 40 of fosroc make, inclusive of all Manpower, Material and Equipment. Injection Of Low Viscous Resin: BY Providing and grouting the cracks after fixing the injection ports at predetermine locations with the help of suitable injection grouting pumps at suitable pressures using two-component, high strength, low viscous epoxy injection resin system such as Conbextra EP 10 of Fosroc inclusive of Manpower, Material and Equipment". Application of Epoxy Bonding Agent Share Anchoring Providing and applying structural grade long pot life epoxy bond coat of Nitobond EP prior to building up of section with any type of mortar/ concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application as per the manufacturer’s specifications. (Mode of measurement- per sqm of application of concrete surface )

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Micro Concreting Providing and laying micro concrete up to the required thickness as per the drawing by consultant on the designated area to the prepared slurry tight shuttering with proper shear connector and bonding agent where ever necessary, The fluid micro-concrete repair material shall be a single component, cement based, Renderoc RG or equivalent micro-concrete to which only the site-addition of clean water (and approved graded coarse aggregates where specified) shall be permitted. The micro concrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete in the flow able consistency should achieve a compressive strength of 50 N/mm2 after 28 days at 30C as per BS 4551-80. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1 - 4% as per ASTM C827-1987. Again as per BS 4551-80 the flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/mm2 @ 28 days. The micro concrete shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion 10-12 X 10¯6/°C & Thermal conductivity 1.5 W/m°C The mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100-2200 kg/m3 at 27ºC

The battery shall be housed inside the acoustic enclosure of DG Set.
