Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.
Provision for Jungle clearance including removal of vegetation, grass, shrubs, bushes and disposal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Provision for shifting heavy Architectural fragments and sculptures and other Architectural members which scattered in a heap in the complex and display on the platform in proper manner very carefully to avoid any damage etc complete in all respect.
Provision for earth work in excavation by manually in foundation including dressing, leveling , ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 mtr etc complete
Providing and laying lime concrete with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar ( 1lime:1surkhi :1coarse sand) and 20mm down gauge stone aggregate including ramming, compacting and curing etc complete. "
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
Provision 20m thick plaster on internal surface on wall in cement mortar (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand) including, Curing etc complete fine finish. Size 2.40x2.0x2.0 including labour & material etc
Providing and laying stone slab of over rain water storage tank for cover the storage tank including cutting in size 75mm thick etc complete work. Size 2.40x2.0x2.0 including labour material etc
Providing and fixing 450x450 C.I main hole cover in angle frame 50x50x5mm for storage tank.
Providing and laying 80 to 100 mm thick avg (matching with adjoining floor/apron) Bansi Pahadpur flag stone matching to original over 20mm thick base with 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand) including cutting, chiseling molding and fixing etc complete. (Note-The sample of flag stone will be approved by circle office before execution of the work
Provision for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand on M.S. grill fencing including a coat of primer with scraping of sand paper etc complete.
Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work by mechanical transportation upto lead of one km from site area for site clearance and good appearance. (Note - It is estimate purpose only actual qty will measured and recorded during execution of the work)
