Supply and Installation of Manually operated & Mechanically assisted Mobile racks sliding smoothly & effortlessly on a pair of rails & providing maximum storage capacity by compaction. Size of the each body : 2395 HX915W X 457D in three bay configuration with shutters. 4 shelves making 5 compartments 4 shelves making 5 compartments 1SFF +14 DFM +1 SFM = 90 BODIES 1SFF +7 DEM+1 SFM =48 BODIES 1SFF+ 7 DFMM +1 SFM = 48 BODIES RAW MATERIAL: The material used for the components will be conforming to IS 513/ IS 10748/IS 1079 / IS 2062 AS required and designed for such components. THE UNDERCARRIAGE: BASE FRAME : Base Frame shall be fabricated in channel Type from minimum 2.5 mm thick MS Sheet Size of Channel 25mm x 100mm x 45mm. GUIDE RAILS : The guide rails shall be made out of Square bar placed above the floor and are as per the international standard of safety. Guide rails are zinc plated for superior finish and to protect against corrosion.

SUPER STRUCTURE :- Super structure of the Mobile storage system will consist of knock down Slotted Angels frame skeleton of 40x40 with thickness of minimum 1.6 mm. All the other components such as shelves, front panel, end panel, vertical rear panel, central partition etc. Will act as an integral member of the Unit with minimum thickness of 0.8mm. SHELVES : Bolt type shelves made of 0.8mn thick Prime Quality C.R.C.A. having bolted to angles with minimum 4 bolts designed to carry a U.D.L. of 90 kgs. DRIVE COVER PANEL: Made out of 0.8mm prime quality Steel to cover the entire front panel as an attractive facia in 3 parts in a contrasting powder coat in the middle and top and bottom BODY BACKS :- A minimum of 4 corrugation on the back of cach body to act as an stiffener. LOCKING : System will be provided with individual rack safely locking as well as centralized locking arrangement on the last unit when all units are brought together, central lock when operated gets locked with the floor & does not allow access to the units.

DRIVE MECIHANISM : Driving Mechanism will be provided externally supported on special grade anti-friction bearing to have smooth & effortless movement. Spring Loaded safety lock is provided within the handle fixing the unit in desired position to avoid any inadvertent movement of trolley and consequent accident. Entire mechanism or gear & sprockets shall be inco rporated within the front panel provided in the front of the unit within an area of 1000mm x 200mm x 60mm, All gears / sprockets will be zinc plated to provide for superior finish and protect against corrosion. Wheels: Wheel diameter shall be of minimum 130mm DRIVING WHEEL :- Fully Powder Coated hub with three pronged chrome plated spokes drive wheel for better torque & free movement ff the rack over the guider rail. INDEXING ARRANGEMENT :- Acrylic card holders provided on the front panel for easy identification & retrieval. SHUTTERS :- Each body shall have lockable shutters with thickness of 0.8mm. FINAL FINISH :- Powder Coating (8 tanks process ) with the thickness of 40-50 microns. TOTAL QUANTITY = 186 BODIES
