Required1% EMD of Rs.1,20,084/- in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC to be paid online only (preferably net banking) on e-procurement platform.
RequiredThe bidder may be any reputed, experienced, eligible and interested Crane suppliers/transport contractors/ individual contractors/ firms/ companies/ agencies registered with concerned authority under relevant act.
RequiredThe bidder should have owned/ leased Cranes of specified capacities at the time of submission of bids.
RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience in providing cranes to any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/ ULBs with a minimum value of work done not less than Rs.120.08 Lakhs in any one year during the last (5) consecutive financial years of 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.
RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover of Rs.120.08 Lakhs in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years of 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.
RequiredAssessed available Bid Capacity as per formula (3AN-B) should be greater than Rs.120.08 Lakhs.
RequiredDetails of existing commitments i.e., works on hand and works for which tenders are submitted in Statement-I with supporting certificates.
RequiredThe bidder shall submit the IT Returns (FY: 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)
RequiredThe bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)
RequiredThe bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting and litigation history.
RequiredThe bidder shall deploy additional drivers (reserve) minimum of 50% of working cranes, Mechanics, additional fuel (diesel), spare cranes for any unseen repairs without hampering the allotted work.
RequiredThe bidder shall deploy Cranes with Clutch Releasing Hooks and other required tools for Handling and Immersion of Ganesh idols (Chains, Base plates, etc.) as per requirement of the GHMC officials.
RequiredRegistration certificates/document under relevant act/rule/norm as proof of his/her eligibility to participate in tender as per qualification criteria.
RequiredCopies of previous experience certificate(s) in providing vehicles/ Cranes on hire basis. Experience Certificate should be issued by an authority of rank not less than the cadre of Executive Engineer.
RequiredCertificate issued by a registered Chartered Accountant as a proof of having requisite turnover as per qualification criteria.
