Charges for inspection of refractory at the inner side of the Bottom Ash Hopper, removing the old refractory at the damaged portion inside the hopper, clearing the refractory debris from the hopper area, (ice cubes are to be mixed with water for preparing the refractory mortar), applying the new refractory (approximately 4 tonne for each Unit) at the required thickness of 12 mm and curing it for the required time including supply, erection and dismantling of scaffolding, transportation of refractory from stores to the site including charges for loading and unloading (Refractory material will be supplied by the TANGEDCO at free of cost and the lorry for transportation of refractory from CS/MTPS-I to site will be provided by the TANGEDCO at free of cost).
