Replacement of BER Furniture for the QE Jun 2025 and QE

All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall 920mm long 485mm wide and 1985mm high. The base shall be 100mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channels shape with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah. Mild steel sheet for channel shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 920mm length. Top comma sides comma back comma bottom and front of almirah shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Two shelves shall be provided at 350mm and 700mm from bottom of almirah. Ahan ging rod 60mm from top shall be provided which shall be of 20mm dia steel chromium plated conduit pipe of wall thickness 1 point 25mm. Two sockets shall be provided at the end of hanging rod. Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall provided to shutters. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with three nubers butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shall be side hung. All joints and welding comma fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. The almirah shall be finished dry powder coated in double shade different colour after properly smoothening the surface or as approved by GE both internaly and externaly. The overall of size of mattress 78 inch x 72 inch x 8 inch. The matress shall be made of natural latex and cool foam reinforced by each other by press mechanism.The tapestry used in the matress shall be of best quality. The pilllow shall be of size 600mmx300mm filled with white reckon fibre and covered with best quality cotton fabric in desired shape and bedsheet size of 9 feet x 8 feet long best quality cotton colour approved by GE. Oveall size shall be 1220mm long comma 455mm wide and 760mm high. Body of the side board comma shelves comma drawers comma shutters shall be made of 18 mm thick exterior grade MDF board both side laminated in light Wallnut shade or as approved by GE. Back of side board shall be 12 mm thick plywood. Sides comma back and Bottom of drawers shall be of 18 mm thick MDF board bothside laminated. Top drawer shall be given 5 comportment in equidistant space in front portion and one comportment in remaining portion. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided to all edges of MDF board. SS handle and SS knobs as approved by GE shall be provided for shutter and drawers. Drawers shall be supported with telescopic channel for smooth functioning. 75 mm high skirting shall be provided by 19 mm thick teak wood as shown in drawing. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Long and short rails of bed shall be 65 x 25 mm 16 gauge rectangle MS tube.Stifners shall be 25 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe. Legs shall be 32 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe and welded properly at joints to make the charpoy. 25 x 60 x 6 mm cleats be welded with short rails inner side to support the plywood. 12 mm thick ply wood BWR type unpolished shall be provided to the top of charpoy screwed with cleat and stiffners by nut and washers. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint to obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

Overall size shall be 900mm long comma 450mm wide and 400mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be provided with 12 mm thick glass of approved shade. Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs comma widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss. The bottom tier shall be 12 mm thick glass of approved shade. 25mm dia hard rubber oblique PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Overall size shall be 450mm wide at bottom legs level and 455mm deep and 1200 mm high. All timber work shall be first class seasoned teak wood free from knots oblique defects. Front legs shall be of size 25mmx50mm in section and 450mm high and rear legs shall be of section 65mmx50mm made to shape as shown on drg. The front and rear legs at seat level shall be joined by 40 mm x 20 mm in section side rails provided at 450 mm from bottom legs. The top of side rails shall be at 450 mm from bottom of legs. Two side stiffeners of 25 mm x 40 mm in section shall beprovided joining front and rear legs. The bottom side stiffeners shall be 100 mmabove the bottom of legs. A middle stiffener of 25 mm x 40 mm in section joining the side stiffeners in middle shall be provided as shown on drg. For seat cushion comma a frame shall be made with 75 mm x 20 mm in section front and rear wooden horizontal rails comma joined by 40 mm 20 mm in section wooden side rails. 70 mm x 10 mm batten shall be provided in the middle. 45 mm x 10 mm batten shall be provided with three equal gaps. 50 mm thick comma 32 density foam shall be provided to the chair which shall be covered with leatherised rexine of best quality as approved by GE. The back rest the shape of legs shall be as shown on drg. Rails of 45mmx25mm in section shall be 40mm apart from legs and joined by 10mm dia teak wood in vertical and 12mm dia teak wood in horizontal. Back shall have vertical battens 20mmx25mm in section. 50mm thick synthetic foam of 32 density covered with leatheised rexene made to shape as shown on drg shall be fixed over 10mm thick plywood commercial. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique Shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

Overall size shall be 1200mm long comma 600mm wide and 400mm high. Legs shall be of 40mm dia anodized brass legs comma four in number in one piece. The legs shall be joined in short and long sides with two number 25mm dia brass pipes of wall thickness 2mm. The top pipe shall be fixed 150mm from top and the lower pipe shall be at 100 from bottom of top pipe The brass frame shall be 900mm long and 450mm wide. Vaacuum rubber shall be provided at top of legs comma which shall be closed with brass sheet 1 point 6mm thick. The bottom of legs shall be covered with brass sheet of 1 point 6mm thick sheet. The bottom of legs shall have PVC shoes. The top shall be provided with 12 mm thick glass of approved shade with corners rounded as shown drawing comma the edges of top of table shall be rounded off.
