M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gramm / liter and UV resistance as per IS-15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre /10 sqm over surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 60 watts flood light white in colour, LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase, etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure as reqd at the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of automatic timer switch distribution board, factory assembled in powder coated sheet steel enclosure, comprising of 40 Amps 3 Pole MCB, power contactor and 230V digital time switch for controlling LED/SV etc street lights , including earth work for fixing Timer switch distribution Board and shall be provided 4 Nos 35x35x4mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mt height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully exising unserviceable any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power), complete (fitting such as switches,ceiling rose, pendent, regulators etc) removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately and making dood disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type and size with teak wood battens/Casing capping/PVC Conduit/ and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cables with stranded copper conductors 4 Sqmm , 1100 Volts grade drawn through PVC conduit with saddles double lock type ISI marked not less than 19 mm with all fitting & other accessories and copper cable 4 sqmm continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed (Two runs of 04Sqmm cable with 01 run of 04 sqmm earth wire along with PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cables with stranded copper conductors 6 Sqmm , 1100 Volts grade drawn through PVC conduit with saddles double lock type ISI marked not less than 19 mm with all fitting & other accessories and copper cable 6 sqmm continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed (Two runs of 06 Sqmm cable with 01 run of 06 Sqmm earth wire along with PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cables with stranded copper conductors 10 Sqmm , 1100 Volts grade drawn through PVC conduit with saddles double lock type ISI marked not less than 19 mm with all fitting & other accessories and copper cable 10 sqmm continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed (two run of 10 sq mm cable with one run of 10 Sqmm earth wire along with PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
