Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for pumping out water from static water tank of capacity upto 50000 Gln including clearing of weeds, mud, sand /silt deposited at bottom by any means etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete walls of SWT etc or from any other situaton including raking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing , down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for making V groove,10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extent of cracks present at site using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade, cleaning the surfaces by air blower, surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column.

M& L for filling V Groove on Internal wall and floor using branded chemical like sikadur 52 and conbextra EP10 or equivalent which comprises of a 2-part, epoxy, low viscosity, normal pot life, injection resin specially formulated for crack injection work by pressure injection (pressure should be at least 0.4N/mm2 (4 bar)) inserted 12 mm dia 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive, supplying and applying a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout, cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements as per manufecturer's instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. It shall provide good general chemical resistance, and a 7 day compressive strength of at least 55 N/mm2. . Note : The cost of drilling holes, NRV nozzle or any other minor spares deemed to be included in quoted rates.. M & L for waterproofing on internal walls Latex based Mortar and screed modifier & bonding agent Typical mechanical properties of 1 : 3 cement sand mortar at W/C - 0.45 for control and W/C - 0.35 for mortar containing Nitobond SBR (Latex) / Sika SBR latex or equivalent ( 5 lites / 50 kg cement ). Tested in accordance with BS 6319 & wet cured. Specifi c Gravity 1.015 to 1.040 @ 27OC. Compressive strength (N/mm2) 28 days in 22.00 N/mm2 . The dosage of Latex shall be in the range of 3 L/bag of cement. The injection is carried out as per standard practice. Note :- All surfaces including edges must be primed. All applications should be wet on wet, the primer must not be allowed to dry. The level of added water in the mix designs may need adjusting to achieve the required consistency. In general water content should be kept to the minimum necessary.

M & L for FOSROC BrushBond RFX high performance elastomeric cementitious coating used for waterproofing / SikaTop®-107 Seal IN is a two part, acrylic polymer modified cementitious liquid applied waterproofing coating system or equivalent and concentrate should be poured into a plastic container or metal drum. Clean fresh water is added in the proportions shown below and mixing commenced with a propeller agitator attached to a slow speed drill (500pm) . Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes, until free from lumps and smooth consistency is achieved as approved age AGE (I). Properties Pot life : 30 min @ 270C Mixed density : 1.68g/cc (brushable consistency) Application temp. : Not less than 100C Adhesion to concrete : >1N/mm2 Toxicity : Non-toxic

M & F Sikagard®-67 water based, solvent free, odourless, epoxy resin protective coating / Nitocote EP405 two pack, solvent free, epoxy resin material or Equivalent it should be applied in two coats to achieve a minimum total dry film thickness of 200 microns to achieve the correct protective properties as approved by AGE(I). Note :- Properties Volume of solids : 100% Specifi c gravity/Mixed density : 1.85 g/cc Viscosity Pourable, spreadable liquid Pot life @ 200C @ 300C 60-80 min. 45 min. Adhesive bond strength : > 1 N/mm2 with concrete (ASTM D4541) Process :- pre-wet the prepared substrate (2 hours recommended) before application. Keep the surface wet and do not allow to dry. Before application move excess water, e.g. with a clean sponge. The surface must appear a dark matt appearance withoutshining and surface pores and cavities must not contain water.

M& F solvent free epoxy resin based putty like Sikagard 694 F (I) / Nitoote VF or Equivalent . It is a moisture insensitive repair material and Sealing of cracks in both underwater and dry conditions. Using a slow speed drill with a suitable mixing paddle, mix base, hardener components and add the filler in small quantities to get the required consistency. It is important that all the components are intermixed and consumed at a rate of 1m2 at 1mm/litre thickness. thoroughly as approved by AGE (I) Properties Density ~1.55 (±0.05) kg/liter (Mixed) All density values at +30°C Tensile Adhesion Strength ≥ 10 N/mm2

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and as directed.
