REPAIR AND MAINT OF VARIOUS FANS, WALL MOUNTED FANS, EXHAUST FANS OF VARIOUS SIZE AND ITS CONNECTED ITEMS IN CME UNDER GE (CME) KHADKI

M&L for servicing repair/servicing at site of ceiling fan of any capacity complete incl carrying out lubrication, greasing and to make the ceiling fan noise free and smooth functioing, including replacement of worn out/unserviceable minor spare parts such as split pin,fan body bolts, spring washer, fan rod bolt, capacitor etc assembling the ceiling fan and testing to the entire satisfication of user/engineer in charge and refixing the same at site. (Note :- Replacement of Major spares parts except specified above, flexible wire/rewinding of ceiling fan/shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item) Note :- (a) Cost of labour for taking down and refixing of fan after servicing deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item no extra shall be admissible to the contractor (b) Contractor team will report to AGE E/M Sub Div dailly except sunday and holiday at 0900 Hrs to collect ceiling fan complaints. (c) Job card duly signed by user. AGE E/M shall made it to submitted alongwith RAR/FB.

All as per item No 1 above but for exhaust fans of any size and capacity (metal body)

All as per item No 1 above but for exhaust fans of any size and capacity (PVC body)

All as per item No 1 above but for wall mounting/air circulator fan of any size and type

Taking down ceiling fans any type/sweep 230 V AC and refixing after cleaning and making connection complete.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan, of any make/type and size (1200/1400mm sweep) with super enamelled copper conductor of appropriate gauge and weight as per manufacturer as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufacturer specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, assembling of stater/rotor, capacitor, connection & testing complete. Note :- (a) Constractor shall setup his workshop at his own arrangement for rewinding of fans in side CME at place decided by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Job card duly signed by AGE E/M and users shall be submitted alongwith RAR/FB for payment. PV and TC for super enanuled copper conducter need to be submitted.

All as per item No 6 above but exhaust fan upto 400 mm sweep working on 230 volts AC supply (metal body)

All as per item No 6 above but exhaust fans upto 300mm sweep working on 230 volts AC supply (PVC body)

All as per item No 6 above but wall mounting/air circulator fan of any sweep working on 230 volts AC supply

Labour only for remetalling of worn out shaft of fan , cutting,brazing,machining and polishing to make the shaft suitable for fixing of new ball bearing and fixing ball bearing in replacement of bushing system in ceiling fan and assembling the same and testing to the engineer satifaction of engineer in charge to ensure smooth and noise free operation (bearing shall be measured and paid seperately
