Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty escalators. The Escalator shall be of State-of-the-art technology, having nominal step width of 1000mm, with 4 nos. horizontal Steps on top and bottom landing area and the nominal speed will be 0.5 m/sec. For the aforesaid step width and nominal speed, maximum carrying capacity will be 100 passengers per minute. The escalator shall be complete with all safety features and shall fully comply with International Standard EN-115 latest version. Escalators shall be capable of operating safely, smoothly and continuously in both directions. The angle of inclination of escalator shall be 30° and minimum transition radius shall be 2.6 meters at the upper landing and 2.0 meters at the lower landing.a.The pit sizes will be assumed as 1850 mm (W) x 1450 mm (D) x 6500 mm (L). Pit should have floor slope of 1/30 from pit to sump. b. Sump of size 0.5m x 0.5m x 2m with suitable cover, etc. c. Intermediate support (if vertical rise is more than 5m). complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge inclusive of all other charges contingent thereto except GST.
