Providing holes to cooking platform of 25mm dia for inserting cooking gas pipe in suitable place as directed by Engineer- in -Charge one no.each kitchen.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exceeding 5km and not exceeding 6Km in location as directed by GE including roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor /in floorings including levelling the surface with proper slope towards spout pipe finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement including WPC @ 3% all as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section (shape) in existing roof slab terracing cleaning out and filling solidely with cement and sand mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item of schedule 'A').

M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatement / specified from bottom to top :- (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parpet surfaces. Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Edges of APP membren shall be inserted to vertical surfaces of wall as per relevant IS or as per manufacturer's instruction Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. (b) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. NOTE :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exceeding 500 & not exceeding 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 500 ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including connecting up pipes securing access covers etc as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Ltrs and not exceeding 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification: (i) Cleaning top surface of floors /slabs and laying 50 mm thick (avg) PCC of grade M10 (Nominal mix) , mixed with WPC as per manufactrrer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners (ii) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as pe rmanufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg / sqm mixed wth acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg /sqm This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs .st layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polimer, modified cementitous composite compound at the rate 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 04 hours. (iv) applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with accrylic based polymer modified cementenous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm.This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs.(v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats (each of 75 micron measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation. (Make of PU primer - Dek guard EP -302 of M/S Fosroc or equivalant approved brand.Make of PU paint - Dek guard PUor equivalant approved brand. (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout ,to be provided through external wall to drainout accumulated water.(viii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tighness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage /seepage exists (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade M7.5 stone agreegate

M&l for PCC 1:4:8 (type D2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of black bituminus paints on new surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 using 20mm graged stone agreegate as in chajjas and like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 using 20mm graged stone agreegate as in slabs supported on wall, beams and colums in floors, roofs, landings, balconies etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Form work to chajjas and like finished fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of cables etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materialnot exceeding 50m and depositing were directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cable, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness 18 cm shall be considered for payment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and laying for brick protection for protection of cable over sand cushioning cables inside the trench by using common brunt clay building bricks sub-class “B” old size brick and flat and width wise along the axis of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade ISI marked laid in trenches / laid under floor for protection of cable including all fittings such as elbow, bends, etc and short length complete all as specified and directed.
