Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of feeder pillar box kiosk type, LT (415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3-phase, 4 wire supply) CPRI approved, factory assembled out door type weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-65) made out angle iron frame of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 3.15mm (for external) and 2mm (for internal) thick MS sheet, (CRCA) duly compartmentalized for each control MCCBs, single door system lockable by key. The outer cell shall have both side hinged, front and back openable, double door system opening for external, rubber lining, locking arrangement. Both inner and outer cell shall be painted externally and internally with nine tank pretreatment solution prior to a powder coat of SIEMENS grey shade RAL 7032 (Berger / Nerolac) (first quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete. The panel shall be mounted on angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm legs 30cm high above GL and 15cm embeded in ground with and including blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm including and comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing u/s LT panel :-

(a) Bus Bar chamber comprising 4 Nos aluminium bus bar not lesss than 1.5 times of incoming / outgoing MCCBs. All spreader terminals of MCCBs should be connected with bus bars. (b) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 Pole, LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz Ac, 250 Amps rating and 35/36 KA rupturing capacity, adjustable type (lcs = 100%lcu) - 01 No (ii) Digital Voltmeter 0-500V 96mm x 96mm square dial flush mounted - 01 No (iii) Digital Ammeter size 96mm x 96mm square dial flush pattern having dual range of suitable capacity - 01 No (iv) Three Nos CTs of suitable capacity - 01 (Set of three) (v) LED indicating lamps (R, Y, B) - 01 (Set of three) (c) Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 4 Pole, LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC, 50-63 Amps rating and 16 KA rupturing capacity, adjustabnle type (lcs = 100%lcu) - 06 Nos Note : All incoming / outgoing cables shall be connected through suitable size gland plate / glands and these will be connected with Al Lugs of suitable size also (if necessary)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt, connected to and including galvanized earth lead 25 x 4.00mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel protected by galvanised iron light grade 40 mm dia pipe and 20mm light grade GI pipe for water filling including 15x20mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, RCC cover with concrete 1:2:4 using 8 mm# bar@100 mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia for PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and excavation and earth work all as specified and shown on electrical plate No. 3 of 2009 (Part-I) including taking out old existing earthing complete all as specified and directed. M&L in replacement for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled White, with letters, figures, and coventional skull and bones, in signal Red colour and fixed with MS Clamps of flat iron of size 25 x 5mm, bolts, and nuts of approved size, for LT 20 x 15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 630 Amps fixed on existing panel 415 volt, 4 pole, 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable current range for overload protection and thermal release complete with spreader terminals all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 250 Amps fixed on existing panel 415 volt, 4 pole, 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable current range for overload protection and thermal release complete with spreader terminals all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN of capacity 63 Amp, 10 KA, type 'C' 415 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable etc. and for foundation of poles, stays etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable etc. and for foundation of poles, stays etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches in layers of 8 Cm deep before laying the cable and 15 Cm deep after laying and stretching the cable and punning shall be carried out by hand complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid for.

M&L for bricks covering to under ground electric cable using sub class 'B' bricks laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading, watering & consolidation in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT underground cable, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches / fixed on wall / floor / road / culverts / pole or encased in GI pipe all as specified and directed including taking out the old unsv cable and brick covers of the following size :- Note :- cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the nallah, along poles / walls and in ducts etc. Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioing, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid separtely.
