Servicing of KTA38 G12 Model 750 KVA Capacity DG Set of Cummins make installed at 500 Bedded Govt Children Hospital Bemina Srinagar

Servicing by way of providing and fitting of a New OEM-recommended/Approved Element Lube Oil Filter LF670 having Part No 3889310 as a replacement against existing ones using skilled labour ,tools and tackles to carry out the said job at site .

Servicing by way of providing and fitting of a New OEM-recommended/Approved Fuel /Water Separator FS1006 having Part No 4095189 as a replacement against existing one using skilled labour ,tools and tackles to carry out the said job at site .

Servicing by way of providing and fitting of a New OEM-recommended/Approved Bypass Lube filter LF777 having Part No 3889311 as a replacement against existing ones using skilled labour ,tools and tackles to carry out the said job at site .

Servicing by way of providing and fitting of a New OEM-recommended/Approved Air Kit cleaner assembly at both front & back side with Primary Cartridge having FFPL Part No.8200015 & CUST. PART NO.4020551/A034W979 & Safety Cartridge having FFPL Part No. 8200016 & CUST. PART NO. 4020552/A034W978 as a replacement against existing ones using skilled labour ,tools and tackles to carry out the said job at site .

Servicing by way of providing and filling of a New OEM-recommended/Approved [CH 4/CI4 15W40] Lube Oil of capacity 160 Litres which includes 5 litres to be kept for top up Valvoline Premium Blue 7800 as a replacement against existing one by pouring clean diesel fuel into the oil filler holes and M-oil chamber to wash away and drain out any loose crude or sooth using skilled labour ,tools and tackles to carry out the said job at site .

Servicing by way of cleaning the Radiator external assembly first by Dry cleaning through compressed air to blow out dust and debris from the radiator fins. Air is to be blown from the engine side outward to prevent pushing dirt deeper using a heavy-duty blower and allied tools, followed by wet cleaning using mild detergent at low-pressure water jet through the service pump to clean the fins, including use of a soft brush with low-pressure water spray to clean the fins using skilled labour ,tools and tackles to carry out the said job at site .

Servicing by way of providing and filling of a New OEM recommended Coolant/anti-freeze/inhibitor corrosion [330 Litres including 10 litres for Topping] after flushing the Cooling System by draining out the old coolant completely followed first by filling with clean water and run the engine for a few minutes, checking for any leakages from house pipes etc and then draining water again and then refilling with above recommended coolant with No load testing at first followeded by full load testing of the DG set at site using skilled labour ,tools and tackles to carry out the said job at site .
