Structural glazing work for SSSF canteen at NRB BARC Tarapur

Designing, supplying and installing semi-unitized, minimum three barrier system, structural glazing framework including mullions, transoms, gutters, sills, trims, sashes for vision and spandrel panels with anodized aluminium extrusions satin finished (Min 25 Micron) in approved colour, stainless steel brackets / clamps, stainless steel bolts, nuts, washers and shims, silicon / EPDM gaskets, drainage provisions, weather seals, anodised aluminium coping, aluminium flashings and seals at all interfaces with building structure, openings and cladding system etc. on linear as well as curved surface in plan all complete as per approved shop drawings and specifications .Designing includes structural design of aluminium frame work, joints, brackets, fasteners, structural sealant etc. The rates shall include all labour, scaffolding, machinery, material, test, welding MS to MS / SS, chipping of walls beams, columns, rectification if required etc. all complete as per approved shop drawing and specifications. Note: Structural glazing framework shall be measured overall on the external faces as fixed on site (Outer to outer of frames). Double glazed fixed panel, double glazed openable panels, single glazed fixed panel, single glazed openable panels, shadow boxes and sunshade louvers shall be measured made by their respective item. Structural glazing system to be fixed on RCC structure / steel structural steel etc Minimum consumption of aluminium extruded sections in main frame and subframe / sashes put together shall not be less than 6.5 kg / Sq.M.

Supply & installing hermatically-sealed 6-12-6 mm double glazed fixed vision panel units of approved make comprising of an outer heat strengthened SGG cool lite ST-120 Metallic Blue glass / Sterling Silver or Green of M/s Sarin Gobain or approved equivalent shade and reflective tinted float glass coated on surface #2 and an inner toughened clear float glass, spacers, desiccants, with moisture absorbing compound (silica gel), primary and secondary seals etc. all complete as per approved shop drawings and specifications. Note: Doubled glazed fixed vision panels shall be measured to the overall dimension on external face as fixed on site (Actual size).
