S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of Frame size 65x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (for steel surfaces) including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), terrazo dado/wall tiling and skirting. etc on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for double charge, vitrified, stain & scratch resistant, joint free, premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 600 mm and 9-10 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed adhesive @ 5 Kg/sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for double charge, vitrified, stain & scratch resistant, joint free, premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 100 mm and 9-10 mm thick in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved,on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc ,length of each unit not less than 600 mm and height not more than 150mm, set and jointed adhesive of Sika @ 5 Kg/Sqm over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Note : Skirting should be flushed with the wall plastering.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

M&L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium quality coloured tiles 300 X 300 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite (any type) slab of approved shade as in kitchen platform, steps, jambs, pillars, window, cills, cooking platforms etc bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e full granite polish as per local trade pratice) over and including 25mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, Machine cut kota stone slab flooring, cills 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed With grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as specified under :- (a) M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster (1:3) using coarse sand mixed with integral water proofing compound trowel even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces Note : Only Plan area should be meassured for payment WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K(Dr Fixit) on cleared RCC surfaces @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (Minimum) as recommended by manufacturer. (c) Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical Pidifin 2K as per manufacturers recommendation. (d) Applying second coat of chemical Pidifin 2K (Dr Fixit) @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (minimum) layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) as recommended by manufacturers.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked confirming to IS 2645 - 2003.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm GI pipe medium grade, made to shape as in spout pipe in sunken/ verandah/ Balcony complete all as spedifed

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed.

M&L for applying Pitch free PU based Liquid applied single component elastomeric seamless, water and vapour membrane system for concrete @ 2.50 Kg/M2 (02 Coats). Typical application will include roofs, podium, balconies, floor slabs, suspended floors, patios, bathrooms, inspection pits, swimming pool, bridge decks, Conforming Tensile Strength (2N/mm2) (ASTM D412)/Tear resistance (15 KN/m) (ASTM D624-00) and Crack bridging (ASTM C 836/ASTM C 1305 modified) 2mm. After 72 hours of curing, flood test can be carried out to a minimum depth of 50 mm of water for 24 hours. Drains shall be plugged and barriers placed to contain the water. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Bostik/Choksey or equivalent. Note :- (i) All above operations to be done by auth application in order all as specified and directed. (ii) Auth company will submit confirmation of their Auth Applicator before execution of work.

M&L for cement concerete type C2, 1:3:6, (40mm graded stone aggrigate) as in filling and mass concerete etc complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 8-10 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing 15 mm bore pipe including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.

S&F CPVC ISI SDR 11 pipes 20 mm dia with all fitting, including all Brass Fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 20 mm complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing Factory made prefabricated Pressed steel Door frame made out of mild steel 1.25mm thick girth of frame 185mm including necessary MS rawl plug/bolts and fixing 75mm long butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel etc and shutter including stiffeners made out of mild steel sheet 1.25mm thick cut to size, holes punched and welded seams including bending or turning up all around, mitred angle etc as required with Locking arrangement using mild steel mortise lock 4 levers with 2 Nos of keys of size 100mm (Make Godrej/Harison/Navtal) including MS chromium plated handle and 2 Nos MS locking rods out of 8 mm dia not exc 1000mm long fixed to mortise lock and handle with necessary bolts and nuts covered by MS sheet 1.25 mm thick complete including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a shop coat of zinc chromate primer on interior surface (not -visible from front) and hammer tone paint on exterior surface ( visible from front) as per Godrej Pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (10mm thick rendering in first layer and 5 mm thick rendering in second layer)on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified.

M&L for prepration of New plastered Internal wall surface complete applying the following :- (a) M&L wall care putty 15mm thick each in two coats on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as directed complete all as specified. (b) M&L two coats of interior acrylic emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening priming by using Airless spray / Roller over complete all as specified . Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface prepration with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of places where using of Mechanical equiment are not posiible .

M&L for prepration of New external plastered wall surface complete all as specified complete all as specified and applyingthe following :- (a) Applying wall care putty in two coats 15mm thick each on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as directed complete all as specified. (b) Two coats of exterior acylic emulsion by using Airless spray / Roller over and incl a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer complete all as specified . Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface prepration with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of where using of Mechanical equiment are not posiible.

M&L for prepration of New plastered ceiling surface complete applying the following :- (a) M&L wall care putty in two coats 15mm thick each on ceiling surface and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as directed complete all as specified. (b) M&L two coats of interior acrylic emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening priming by using Airless spray / Roller over complete all as specified .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including filling depression of scraped surface with wall care putty in two coats on old internal wall surface and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as specified and directed complete and applying two coat of interior acrylic emulsion of approved tint over a coat of primer on old prepared surface by using Airless spray / Roller over complete all as specified & directed. Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface prepration with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of places where using of Mechanical equiment are not posiible .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including filling depression of scraped surface with wall care putty in two coats on oldceiling surface and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as specified and directed complete and applying two coats of interior acrylic emulsion of approved tint over a coat of primer on old prepared surface by using Airless spray / Roller over complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including filling depression of scraped surface with wall putty two coats 1.5 mm thick each on Old external wall surfaces of any desciption , prepratio of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum Bag using Smart periodical methodology , complete all as specified and applying the following :- (a) M&L two coats of exterior acylic emulsion by using Airless spray / Roller over and incl a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer complete all as specified Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface prepration with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of where using of Mechanical equiment are not posiible

M&L for Obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 Sqm, with paint to match existing work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Writing letters or figures with fluorecent paint ( Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm to 10mm size in proportion as per design criteria) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 25mm average thickness from slabs, beams/columns etc with mannual Chisel or standard power driven percussion type all of approved makes incl tapering of all edges, making square shoulder of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removel of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per manufacturer's instruction and specification, including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance from the site as directed complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Sika / Fosroc/Pidilite or Techno commercial equivalent make approved by GE in writing from E-in-C's approved list. Note : Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator.

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- (i) leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed Make: Sika - SikaDur 52 LP/ Fosroc- Conbextra EP 10/ Pidilite Dr Fixit Epoxy Injection Grout or equivalent make approved by GE in writing from E-in-Cs Br approved list.

M&L for Machine pressed Precast cement concrete interlocking coloured ( glossy finished / ruberised paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with and including 40mm thick sand cushining complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L providing and fixing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Kerb Stone of any section indicated with plain fair faces including chamfers weatherings throughting etc and setting in CM (1:4) complete with joints to match all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
