Demolition of Concrete cement unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in floor,finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 150 mm bore class NP3 laid and jointed in CM (1:4) with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded STONE aggregate)as in Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia bore(int dia) NP-3 concrete pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with modular flyash bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick work built in CM complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement in finish coat on other than fair faces of brick wall suerfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only integral water proofing compound for plastering / concrete work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 Type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate)in cills,steps;copings,bed plate,water troughs and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete cover slab for drains etc with precast concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary forms/moulds set in CM 1:4 including demoltion of old reinforced cement concrete cover complete all as specified and directed. (Note: reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including crancking bending, spirally for hopping for columns etc hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster,any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in wall incl taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend/shoe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in wall incl taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 150mm bore PVC (SWR) bend/shoe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x450mmx7mm thick on vertical surfcaes such as skirtings,dados and riser to steps ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank 500 litre to 1000 litre capacity and including connecting GI pipe with fittings upto shaft area setting aside (or lowering if required) and reconnecting and cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, re-fixing same position with all GI pipe with fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame n exceeding 1.50 Sq.m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour sheet reinforced with M.S square tube supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made moulded panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail,panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the styles &rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement.fixed in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubes, 'midium grade' galvanised,with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down old unserviceable GI pipe with fittingscomplete all as specified and directed :- (a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

Supply and fixing in repair bib taps cast copper alloy 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC connection 15mm size PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC bath cabinet with built in shelf and looking mirror as shutters of size 350 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 32mm PVC waste pipe for wash hand basin., 900mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 20mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 10 litre capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type low level flushing cistern in repair with all accessories complete fixed with WC including syphone pipe, PVC flushing pipe of size (With brackets) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous China wash basin white, flat back,size 550X400 mm including cutting for pinning in ends of brackets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Brass CP wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe 15 mm dia and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 140mm long Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised,with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.
