Replacement of damaged Change-over Switch by Providing, fitting, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 400 Amp MCCB having following specifications: Type/ Rating : DN3-400N Make : L&T Breaking Capacity : 50 kA (Icu) Thermal Release Range : 320-400A Voltage : 415 V Frequency : 50 Hz Poles : 04 Rated Current :400A The job is inclusive of providing, fixing and tightening of nuts, bolts & washers, which further includes minor wiring i.e. connecting of main incoming and outgoing connections with copper wire and duly crimping with copper thimbles as per site requirement, then finally testing of the MCCB on full load at site. The job also includes cost on a/c of all transportation charges, tools & tackles and skilled labour component.
Replacement of damaged cable by way of Providing and Fitting of 3-core multi-stranded copper cable, PVC insulated, internal intermediate sheathed of 35mm Sq. Submersible cable conforming to IS: 694 (Part 1st) – 1964 & IS: 694 (Part 2nd) – 1964 of Havells/Finolex/L&T/KEI make for submersible pumping equipment & for inter connections of electrical gadgets. The job is inclusive of Providing & fixing of 35Sqmm Copper thimbles (Dowels make) duly crimped with the cable termination ends by crimping tool. ( The old cable is to be retained at site)
