REPAIR/REPLACEMENT/CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANKS, SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, DRAINS AND CLEANING OF WATER TANKS ETC AT DMRL, ATC DEVATALAGUTTA, RCM(MAT), DSC LINE AT DEVATALAGUTTA PCDA UNDER AGE B/R-II KANCHANBAGH, HYDERABAD

Cleaning of Septic tanks of 150 uesrs capacity by dewatering mechanically all the water, taking out the sludge/night soil, cleaning the chocked inlets, outlets of septic tanks, removing all the sludge outside MD land, complete all as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of all blockage of any type of sewage line i.e, branch sewer line, main sewer line etc., by rodding and cleaning/disludging of manholes of any section and depth mechanically using super jetting machine or by suitable means as ordered and making the sewage line functional, cleaning the trap,water closet,soil, waste/vent pipe,gully traps upto final drop out let into first manhole/septic tanks and removing the sludge/foreign material and depositing the same outside the MOD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Tentative quantities required to be cleaned per month shall be as under:- (a) 100mm bore sewage line -700 Metre (b) 150mm bore sewage line -1800 Metre (c) 200mm bore sewage line -1500 Metre (d) Manholes of any size - 1000 Nos (e) Trap/water closet/Urinals -1000 Nos The above mentioned quantities may be varied at the descretion of Engineer- in -charge as per requirement and nothing extra shall be claimed on this account.

Note :- (i) Adequate precautions and safely measures shall be taken while working under foul conditions and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints from complaint cell in job cards from the concerned JE on all days and the complaint shall be attended & rectified by the contractor on priority depending on the nature & urgency of complaint.The job card shall be returned to JE on completion of the complaint and duly signed by the User/Occupant . If the contractor or his representative fail to collect the complaints from the complaint cell on daily basis, a penal recovery of Rs.2500/day shall be recovered from the RAR/bill due to contractor.

Cleaning of soak well and septic tank of 25 users capacity by dewatering mechanically all the water, taking out the sludge/night soil, cleaning the chocked inlets, outlets removing all the sludge outside MD land, complete all as directed.

All as per item No.3 above but capacity of 50 users

Desilting / cleaning of existing drains in any width and depth , condition (including foul conditions) with necessary dewatering and temporary diversion of drain water as required and removing sludge / soil, debris etc out of MD land complete all as required.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 mtr in width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundations, manholes and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of internal dia of pipe 200 mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed 1:3:6 type C2 to drain pipe 200 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they laid and tested including demolition of old concrete and removing debris outside of MOD land complete all as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including necessary from work and demolition of concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for 200mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including taking out existing old existing pipe complete all as directed

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation including demolition of concrete, complete all as directed.

Retuning, filling in, including spreading levelling , watering and wall ramming in laying not exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs but not exceeding 1.50 km complete all as directed.

M&L for pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, set in cement mortar (1:4) for manholes including necessary including demolition of old broken RCC cover, slabs and form work complete all as directed. Note:- Reinforcement required will be measured & paid for separately.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as directed.

Demolition Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4). complete all as directed.
