Labour only for identification of breakdown of any type and minor defect of DGs of any capacity and make with proper record mentioning time date and nature of defect duly signed by JE E/M and AGE E/M Notes for item No-1:- (1.) Spares required for major repair will be paid separately. (2.) Contractor will produce the register at the time of payment

S&F fan belt of Make - Finner/ Dunlop/Kirloskar as required at site for the following capacities of DG Sets

S&F distilled water to be filled in batteries all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix only ignition switch with key in repair for DG sets of any capacities all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of battery cable of 70 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable with necessary lugs

Supply only top up coolent for DG set radiator

Supply and fix only solenoid switch in repair suitable for any capacity DG set all as directed

Supply only lube oil SAE 15 W - 40 Make Castrol/Power Supreme - for Top up and filling up the oil in the sump after completely flushing the old oil out of the tank and cleaning of the tank for fresh filling all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix only battery terminal heavy duty as per sample made of brass with bolts and washers all as required at site.

Material and labour for electronic automatic voltage regulator ( AVR) of 100 V , 8 Amps suitable to DG Set of capacity upto 100 KVA including necessary terminals' sleeves etc as required at site of any type and make of DG Sets. (Make of AVR shall be same as supplied by the DG manufacturer with new DG set.)

Material and labour for electronic automatic voltage regulator (AVR) of 50 V , 16 Amps suitable to DG Set of capacity from 100 KVA to 400 KVA including necessary terminals' sleeves etc as required at site of any type and make of DG Sets.(Make of AVR shall be same as supplied by the DG manufacturer with new DG set.)

Taking down unserviceable fuel injection pump from any type/ capacity DG set, carrying to workshop and M&L for repairing including necessary spares and calibration, refixing the same duly repaired to its original position and testing for its serviceability at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement complete Dry cell 24 V 180 AH battery and initial charging complete including inbuilt charger including required electrolyte /distilled water etc and fixing as required at site to the concerned DG Set all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement complete Dry cell 12 V 90 AH battery and initial charging complete including inbuilt charger including required electrolyte /distilled water etc and fixing as required at site to the concerned DG Set all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable alternator from DG set, taking to workshop, rewinding with existing size copper conductor, varnishing, drying, refixing, connecting and testing complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per description of serial item No-19 here-in-before but 15 to 100 KVA alternator

M&L for rewinding the self starter assy 12/24 Volts by taking out from the DG set of any capacity dismantling & cleaning , providing proper insulation rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing size & insulating the field coil assy replacing bentec assy & fixing back after repairs complete testing all as shown & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PLC system for DG sets of any capacities all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of turbo charger. Make:- Holest or equivalent as approved.

M&L for dismantling of radiator of any type of DG sets from engine taking it to work shop repair of leakage pipes, cleaning the radiator with cleaning agents, re-assembling to the engine complete.

Inspection/checking of AMF panel of DG set of any capacity installed at various installations of any make and shape, rectification of defects and cleaning, detecting during inspection or pointed out by users/department replacement of unserviceable part and damaged control wiring and carry out maintenance. Note:- Control wiring is included in the item and other spares will be paid separately.

All as per description of serial item No-27 here-in-before but capacity of 110 KVA to 200 KVA installed at various sub station.

Supply and replacement of AMF controller PLC unit including necessary connection and testing complete - 01 Nos Make : Procom model DGC-6D or equivalent as approved.

M&L for replacement of MCCB 4 pole 200 Amp, 36 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnatic setting including making all incoming and outgoing connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Legrand/ABB/Siemens/L&T/Havells.

M&L for replacement of MCCB 4 pole 160 Amp, 36 KA adjustable thermal and adjustable magnatic setting including making all incoming and outgoing connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Legrand/ABB/Siemens/L&T/Havells.

M&L for replacement of MCCB 4 pole 125 Amp, 16 KA including making all incoming and outgoing connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Legrand/ABB/Siemens/L&T/Havells.

S&F Battery charger 12 V 10 A panel mounted operating on 230 V single phase 50 Hz supply, by replacing unserviceable charger.

S&F Battery charger 24 V 10 A panel mounted operating on 230 V single phase 50 Hz supply, by replacing unserviceble charger.

M & L for shifting & transporation of DG Set of any capacity /size With AMF Panels at Air force Station Suratgarh by taking proper shutdown from power house and disconnecting cables both in coming and outgoing complete fixing in new location including making new incoming and outgoing connection complete all as specified & directed ( Note :- All earth work ,sand filling, bricks and PCC works are included in the item )

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
