Periodical Cleaning of Sewage and removing settled down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc STP Filter bed, Equalization tank and FAB tank 02 Nos complete plant capacity 3.MLD all as specified and as directed. Rate quoted shall include the following aspects for this item :- (i) Arragement of mud pump set for dewatering at his own expense. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the above aspect. (ii) Make a temporary arragement for sewage disposal during cleaning of STP by Tractor mounted storage tank . (iii) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved (iv) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank as directed. (v) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site as directed. (vi) Make a temporary arragement of sewage disposal during cleaning of STP Note for this item :- Cleaning shall be carried out by the following methods. (i) Cleaning inner surface of tank by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud & sludge collected inside the tanks manually at a distance not exceeding 100 Mtrs. (ii) Washing with clean water & bleaching powder mixture thouropuly complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge, if any, at site to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs.

Cleaning the sorrounding area 40 mtr of STP installations by cutting and removing jungle sturts, roots, bushes plants small trees, sludge etc and deposited to n.exc 50 mtr to 100 mtr outside installations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of complete STP like MBBR tanks, tube settler tank, filter columns, pipe line and induction motor Pump -04 nos, compressor -02 nos including complete GI pipe by using scraping of old paint with emery paper, preparing old surface for painting, apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint in steel grey/ colour coded differently by using spray gun complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MBBR media made of poly propylene with virgin plastic UV stabilized milky black specific gravity 0.95 to 0.98 complete all as specified. Make approved by AO

Servicing of Rotary type Air Blower pump capacity 300 KLD incl dismantling/taking down all electrical and mechanical connection of twin lobe blowers model NoBlower (Make:- Air Weak), pressure 0.50 kg/cm and servicing hole body, change gear oil/lubricant and V belt, overhauling of the same including refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed. Testing of Sewage water as per relevant IS of STP , submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water.

Complete cleaning, testing and commissioning of STP capacity 0.3 MLD including dismantling the choked MS pipes, SS riser pipes, air diffusers in equalisation tank and MBBR media, FAB tanks and refixing the same, providing with test report of treated water from govt. approved lab before completion of job. On completion providing training to the operators for operation of STP complete all as specified. Notes:- (a) The plant will be taken over after successful completion of trial run of 10 days.
