Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for suspended false ceiling using E-grid (exposed ceiling suspension system) of grid size 600x600mm with main runner 38mmx24mm and wall angle 24mmx24mm using 4mm thick Non Asbestos fiber cement designer board (E-Board classic) in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures air conditioning diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220mm maximum c/c, the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall, flush fitting 1220mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c so as to form 600x600mm grid and painted with two coats of OBD over a coat of primer before installing it on the grid all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work including all quains and arches pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 and complete all as specified and directed.

Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s instructions and drawing. The width of stiles & rails will be in proportion to the width of the door shutter as per SSR Clause No 8B.2.1 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing etc complete all as specified and directed.

All the shutter shall be removed carefully with accessories without damaging the adjacent structures. Material and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6.0 sqmm, single core,FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 6.0 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring and type of conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of 6 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 6 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

Note: 2 runs of 4 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm, single core,FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 2.5 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including taking down old wiring and type of conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr in width and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading fine dry river sand for crushing to UG cable including spreading, levelling and hand punning etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bricks sub class 'B' brick old size for cable protection laid in flat in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, fillling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil not exceeding 50cm and depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
