Supply, laying and testing in replacement for HT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor 11000 volts grade, cross section area 95Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement for HT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor 33000 volts grade, cross section area 120 Sqmm, 1 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement fpr GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed on poles or laid in trenches under floor, ducts etc with fixing clamps, nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for Danger Notice board of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of size 25cm x 20cm for HT poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying LT/HT cable etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to distance not exceeding 50metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand as in sand cushioning in trenches/ ducts for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment

Supply and laying for reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pole coping and stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for cable end jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 1 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95-120 Sqmm as per Model No.MHO X 33KVE 1C of make: 3M or equivalent of make as specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for cable end jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50-95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.13.00 here-in-before but indoor type.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT 2.5 Sqmm 4 core copper conductor 1100 volts armoured cable connecting the cable in positioning properly by providing suitable new copper lugs GI bolts and nuts washers etc. including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable control cable any size any description and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT 2.5 Sqmm 7 core copper conductor 1100 volts armoured cable connecting the cable in positioning properly by providing suitable new copper lugs GI bolts & nuts washers etc. including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable control cable any size any description and complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of new lightening arrestor 33KV, 65KA suitable for 33KV and maximum voltage of 36KV for MRS with solid earthed natural system comprising of metal oxide elements suitable for ACSR conductor alongwith the insulating base structural work including disconnecting and taking down the unserviceable/ damaged/ non operational existing lightening arrestor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for air break switch gang operated 630 Amps of 33 KV triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operated mechanism welded from tubular rotating including taking down existing unserviceable air break switch gang operated outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for drop out fuse set out door type up to ratio 400 Amps of 33 KV mounted on insulator and steel frame including taking down existing unserviceable drop out fuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of cast resin type 33 KV single phase out door oil cooled current transformer having ratio of 200/5-5 having protection core class 5P10, burden of 15 VA and metering core class 1.0 and burden of 15 VA installation level 70KV/170 KV as per IS 2075 and connected to control panel at MRS with necessary standard control cable as per site requirement including disconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable current transformer (CT) of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing for cast resin type 33 KV/110V single phase out door oil cooled current transformer having ratio of 200/5-5 having protection core class 5P10, burden of 15 VA and metering core class 1.0 and burden of 15 VA installation level 70KV/170 KV as per IS 2075 and connected to control panel at MRS with necessary standard control cable as per site requirement including disconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable potential transformer (PT) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing battery charging unit of 30 Volts 60 AH DC out let 230 volts AC input including 15 Nos of battery each of 2 volts 60 AH seald maintenance free battery bank shall be enclosed in suitable size sheet metal enclosure with and including volt meter & ammeter of suitable range & variable output type charging transformer and applying painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel surfaces including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable existing battery bank of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the existing IDMT relays, two nos over current and one no earth falult relays fixed in 33 KV HT control Panels for primary and secondary injection and calibration of all the relays and setting the relay tripping timings in advance to the feeding sub-station to ensure pockets vise installation of various relays in position with complete control and test and trial complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The primary injection kit shall be arranged by the conductor. (ii) The DC supply for relay testing shall be arranged by the contractors. (iii) The contractors shall be prepare the relay adjustment and tripping timing chart in follow up fashion and submit it to the Engr-in-charge.Make : ABB/Schnider/L&T

Supply and fix for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors complete all as directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor of any size and any type including stretching, fixing and binding to insulator on OH/ HT/LT line service feeders including aluminium binding wire or aluminium tapes for 33 KV distribution line complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type, any size complete all as directed.

Matrial and labour for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 33000 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height and 225 mm dia ball and socket type, white brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 33000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 25 x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected to main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5.5cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, filling charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I . (Note: GI earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5metres shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate)
