Load testing of EOT crane at Cooling Water Pump House

Charges for general checking of gear boxes, wire ropes, rope drums, pulleys, motors, brake shoes for proper function, replacing the gear box oil if any and load testing of 45/10 Ton EOT crane at Cooling Water Pump House including loading, transporting and unloading of 2 Nos. required steel ropes from outside to CWPH/MTPS-II and transporting required numbers of concrete ballasts and plates from storage yard/Central stores/MTPS-I to CWPH/ MTPS-II and return the same after completion of load testing and testing fees for competent authority including transportation, crane charges, required T&P's and consumables. Load test will be carried out in the presence of Site Engineer and Competent Authority.

Charges for cleaning the gear box assembly, mono rail, hook assembly etc., attending minor repairs and lubrication whenever required in 2Ton capacity EWRH in PTP chemical house and 3Ton capacity EWRH in chlorination plant including cost of consumables and T & P's. Lubricants will be supplied by the Board at free of cost.

Charges for load testing of 3 Ton capacity electrical hoist by using required capacity test weights available at Chlorination plant in the presence of the competent authority and site engineer including required consumables.

Charges for load testing of 2 Ton capacity electrical hoist by using required capacity test weights in the presence of the competent authority and site engineer including loading, transporting and unloading of required capacity test weights from Cooling Water Pump House area/MTPS-II to Chemical house /PTP/MTPS-I and return back the test weights after completing the load test including required consumables.
