M&L for disconnecting of unserviceable 400 to 750 KVA transformer from power mains and dismantling the same from platform mounted sub station by crane including HT and LT side cables and transporting the same to work shop and opening the transformer cover draining out of transformer oil, removing of the burnt part ie tape paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts including taking out cooling tubes welding and re-assembling after carrying out required repair and transporting back to site and installed on existing platform with necessary fixing arrengement including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) The contractor shall produce test certificate as per IS-2026 along with high voltage test from the firms after repair. (ii) To certain the fault of transformer at installed location the transformer will be tested with HT 10 KV megger, multimeter in the presence of AGE E/M. All T&P required like HT megger 10 KV , multimeter and cables will be arrenged by contractor. (iii) All the transformer shall be opened in presence of Engr-in-Charge and the various repairs/replacement involved and the transformer shall be assembled in the presence of Engr-in-Charge after necessary repair/replacement. (iv) All the transformer shall be tested in the factory/workshop in the presence of Engr-in Charge and also in addition the transformer where specified to be installed and commissioned on the platform and also shall be tested by the contractor in the presence of Engr-in-Charge. (v) All the testing arrangement shall be provided by the contractor without any extra payment. (vi) The contractor shall also furnished a guarantee certificate himself for rectification of the defects. If any noticed defect during liability period for 1 year from the certified date of completion. (vii) The above shall however does not absolve the responsibility of the contractor for rectification of any defect, if any noticed during gurantee period of 01 year as per condition 46 of IAFW-2249 and the contractor shall be solely responsible for entire completion of work and for rectification of the defect/replacement of items/parts and required pointed out by the GE during defect liability perod. Payment only for dehydration of the transformer oil and painting of the transformers replacement of certain items considered separetly here in- after shall only be made for separately all other minor repair/replacement as required and ordered by Engr-in-Charge .

(viii) The contractor shall also clear the breathers. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall included this aspect also. (ix) Contractor shall provided all arrengament for carefully handling/conveyance of transportation of equipment by means of crane/chain pully/recovery van and vehicle as per requirements and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (x) Transformer oil tank rubberised 6 mm thick gasket sheet pasted using gasket cement, oil level gauge, drain valve, painting inner side tank by zinc chromate paint and side by appoved include in this item rate. (xi) The rate quoted by contractor shall include all these aspect from (i) to (x) while quoting his tender that quoted rate also include the provision of providing electric connection to existing system.

Dismantling and segregation of HT/LT leg coil from transformer and making new HT/LT leg coil with insulating copper wire of existing gauge, craft paper, cotton tape HT/LT insulation as per specification of old transformer including ovening & heating after marking of coil as per required of following capacities :-

Disconnecting HT/LT connection of any type transformer capacity, opening of transformer cover at site for carrying out testing/repair such as replacement of internal/external damage parts and re-assembling after carrying out required repair in the transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Servicing of the window AC 1.5/2 ton capacity of any make, including oiling/greasing the blower motor, cleaning the evaporator condenser coils externally to remove the dust, replacement of defective thimbles etc and re-fixing the air conditioner at its original position by the experienced refrigeration mechanic complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Any unserviceable items need to be replaced/gas charging etc shall be replaced & paid seperately under respective items.
