Construction of 5 Mtr Span Culvert at km 19 of the Kasganj Amanpur Sidhpura Patiali Road ODR

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 PCC Grade M 10 (Nominal Mix 1: 3:6)

M- 150 brick work in one cement and Three coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour,tools and plants etc.required for proper completion of the works.(S.I.No 305b).

Providing & laying reinforcement Cement Concrete in Superstructure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.800, 1205.4, 1205.50 (R.C.C. Grade M-25). For Deck Slab

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT Bar reinforcement in Superstructure Complete as per drawing and Technical Specification clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 110 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Reinforced cement concrete approach slab including reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and Technical specification. (Grade M-25)

12 mm cement plaster on brick work with cement mortar of mix (upto 10 mtr height from Ground level) (II) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 M-20 Grade( floor)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. and Cartage not less then 02 km lead.

Brick soling with M-150 brick laid on edge and dry brick edging on both side including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm(3/8") depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Supply & laying Hume Pipe 1000 mm dia NP-4 Hume pipe

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401(A) (By Mix in Plant Method)Grading I

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(Laying Using Grader)

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects
