M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken roof slab, compring with the following course of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on existing sunken surface true to level finished the fair even and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) Applying first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementotus compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm. Layer shall be allowed to cure for 48 hrs. (iii) Applying second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementotus compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. Layer shall be allowed to cure for 4 hrs. (iv) 200 micron thick polythen film pasted with help of adhesive shall be provided over the treatment. Note : Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator approved by GE. Contractor shall submit sufficient documents/ credentials in support of applicator whom he wants the work to be executed.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type Bo (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor as levelling course for bath, WC floor, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance 50 m and n.exc. 100m including roughening of old surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove the loose dust complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone agg., for filling up the undulation on RCC roof slab, chajjas ,roof kerbs etc. to maintain slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaningout, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sq. m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tlle 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but n. exc. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with and incluiding 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china (white) wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) EWC with 'P' & 'S', trap front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern incl PVC seat cover (excluding flushing cistern and flush Pipe) complete including provision of lime concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 10 Litres, PVC valve less, symphonic action type, Flushing Cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and connection to pipes fixed.

S&F health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nail.

M&L for second class hardwood Weather boarding,clean sawn, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps.

Fixing only sencond class hardwood Weather boarding,clean sawn, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps.

M&L Preparing new surfaces of wood of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in any position in framed work

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work main Tee & cross Tee size 25.40X25.40X1.63 mm supported at ends with 38.10X25.40X1.32 mm forming grid 600x600 mm for false ceiling, suspended with 6 mm GI wire, (upto 1200mm length).
