Operation, maintenance and guarding of installed pumping machineries as Raw water Intake pumps, Clear water pumps Group – I and II, Back washing pumps including all gadgets and electrical installations control panel, MCC, incomers capacitor banks etc for above pumping machineries, entire yard and indoor lighting at plant and intake along with operation of all associated valves “round the clock” on as and when required basis by engaging 7(seven) nos operating personnelas per direction of EIC. including Bonus , PF, ESI . (Agency have to pay ESIC @3.25% , EPF @13% and Bonus @ 8.33% of Basic Rate i.e. Rs.-487/- of daily wages to each operator engaged in pump house, Sub-Station etc )

Supervision charges for electrical installation at Sub-Station equipments by licensed electrician having requisite parts as per IE rules 1956 with latest amendments and overhead expenditures for the above period. N.B-Minimum 2 day in a month and each visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building .

Labour charges for 4 (four) no. operating personnel for operation and guarding of 11/0.433 KV, 2 X 500 KVA sub-station equipments with manual operation system including operation of battery charging arrangement, internal/external illumination with all accessories including Bonus , PF, ESI . (Agency have to pay ESIC @3.25% , EPF @13% and Bonus @ 8.33% of Basic Rate i.e. Rs.-487/- of daily wages to each operator engaged in pump house, Sub-Station etc )

Servicing, Testing and Calibration of different relays and breakers as installed for smooth operation of the sub-station by any testing agency approved by directorate of electricity or WBSEDCL aas directed EIC and as per specification ( Twice in a year , 6 months interval)

Routine & Periodical inspection by electrical supervisor having valid suprevisor's certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Government of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisor for checking of Pumping station, D.G Set, L.T and H.T equipments, MCC/ Starter panels for all pumping machineries, indoor & out door lighting , valves with actuators along with all other electro mechanical installation e.g. level indicator, flow meter to keep the system in healthy condition. N.B-Minimum 2 day in a month and each visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building
