Providing and fitting of mechanical components of 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter head x 10 HP mono submersible pump installed at Jib Dugwell by way of extraction of damaged mono submersible pump from dug well by extracting MS pipes one by one manually using chain pulley block. Shifting of mono submersible pump motor set to the workshop. Dismantling the unit and extraction of the internal parts from the pump and motor. Providing and fitting of new thrust pad-01 , cast iron impeller-1no, check nut-1no. Complete rewinding of 10 HP motor, remetalling rotor shaft and fabrication & fitting of stainless steel shaft sleeves-2nos. at NDE and DE. Assembling of complete unit . Shifting back of pump motor set to the pumping station and then installing in the Dugwell by lowering the pipes one by one manually using chain pulley block. Testing the unit on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

Repair to 5000 GPH x 180 meter head pump set installed at pumping station Jib stage-1st. The job involves decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening both motor and pump from base frame, suction and delivery and shifting to workshop by manual carriage and mechanical transportation. Dismantling of pumping and motor unit and extraction of internal assembly and rotor respectively. Repair to damaged shaft by remetalling, turning and finishing to the original bearing size. Fabrication / fitting of neck ring-4nos., protection sleeves 2 nos. gland plates-2no. Providing and fitting of impellers 06 nos., diffuser 4 nos., and diffuser bushes 6 nos. Providing and fitting of new bearings 7307-2nos. and N207-01 no., in lieu of damaged bearings. Providing and fitting of new coupling. Repair to suction and delivery by drilling and tapping. Job also includes repair to rotor by repairing shaft by remetalling and turning and finishing to bearing size. Fabrication / Providing and fitting of motor bearings, sleeves as per sample in lieu of old wornout. Assembling of pump and motor units and shifting by mechanical transport and manual carriage to site of installation. Fitment on base frame and coupling with motor after proper leveling and alignment. Job also includes repair to motor starter by providing and fitting of new fixed contacts, moving contacts, over load coils, no load coil in lieu of burnt / damaged ones alongwith replacement of transformer oil and thereafter testing of complete system on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted by firm separately.
