Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolition ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles,joint free, Premium class I grade, coloured of size 350mm x250mmx7mm/ 450mm x350mmx7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces of walls complete, all as specified.

M&L for kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for 20 mm thick pro-polished granite slabs, machine cut, in vertical /horizontal surfaces including over 15 mm cement plaster (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture or pigment to match the shade of the granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base for receiving floor finishes etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for chequerd cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cmx25mm thick with grey cement and pigment , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified & directed.
