Interior Works for Deluxe Room at HWCC,ACTREC
VINYL FLOORING Providing and fixing 2mm. Thick Vinyl floor Roll form with self levelling on existing floor complete with wastage etc. vinyl floor make should be reputed make widely used in hopsital/commercial establishments make.inclusive of wastage, labour and in skirting etc as pre approved sample.
GYPSUM PANELLING Providing and fixing 1/2" thick gypsum sheet panelling including G.I. frame work complete with leveling, in drops etc. ( Refer drawing) sealing with mesh / tape as per manufacturers sepecification as directed and instructed.
WALL PAPER ON WALL Providing and fixing vertical strip design wall paper ( sample to be shown) or as per approved sample on wall after making the wall surface in level to fix the wall paper complete in all respects (refer photograph of the Wall paper) inclusive of labour, scafolding, wastage etc/
WOODEN DADO PANELLING Providing and fixing wood dado panelling on wall 3'-0" ht. Wood panelling shall have 2" x 1" T.W. frame work on wall and to be finished with 3/4" marine ply & 3/4" X 4" wide ply to be fixed over 3/4" base ply as shown in the drawing. The panelling shall have 1" x 1" thick wooden Moulding on all sides (Refer Drg.) Wood dado panelling shall have 4" x 1 1/2" T.W. moulded skirting (as shown in the drawing) & at 3'-0" ht. T.W. moulded section to be made in 3" x 1 1/2" wood & 1" X 3/4" bedding. Dado panelling to be finished in Duco approved shade paint. (Contractor should refer drawing, photographs of the dado wall before quoting)
WOODEN SKIRTING Providing and fixing wooden skirting on wall moulded skirting to be made in T.W. section out of 4" X 1 1/2" with step as shown in the drg. & matching to the wall panelling skirting to be finished in Duco paint of approved shade, (Refer Drg.) contractor should make sample for approval.
PAINTING ON WALL Providing & Applying Luster paint on walls & Ceiling with primar & putty with three coat of luster paint of reputed make & shade to be finalised by Architect.
