SPL REPAIR LOW TENSION PANEL IN OTM AND MD ACCN IN EASTERN AREA OF HISAR MILITARY STATION UNDER GE HISAR

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of LT Panel out door type, LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply, size of LT panel not less than 1.5 m high x 2.5 m width x 1.0 m depth CPRI approved/tested, factory assembled, out door type, weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54) made out of 3.15 mm (for external) and 2.00 mm (for internal) thick MS Sheet CRCA sheet with both side (front and back) hinged, double door opening for external, rubber lining, locking arrangement, painted internally and externally with powder coating of grey shade (RAL-7032) mounted on chanel iron of size 75mm x 40mm x 5 mm mounting on blocks of PCC 1:2:4 type C1 of block size 60x60x60 cm including Bus bar chamber having 4 nos air insulated Aluminium strip bus bars of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer ACB/MCCB, bus bar must be colour coded heat shrinkable as well as outgoings shall have aluminium four pole (bus bar) of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual MCCBs comprising of the following :- (A) INCOMING :- (i) ACB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade of 800 Amps rating 50 KA rupturing capacitiy with Adjustable Thermal and Fixed Magnetic setting - 01 No. Contd/-.............................

(ii) Voltmeter 0-500 V digital type with 3 way rotary selector switch - 01 No (iii) Ammeter 0-800 Amp digital type with 3 way rotary selector switch - 01 No (iv) Indicating lamp one set of three (v) CT of suitable size class-1 ISI marked - 01 Set of three (B) OUTGOINGS :- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC, 250 Amps 36 KA rupturing capacitiy with Adjustable Thermal and Fixed Magnetic setting -8 Nos. (ii) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC, 63 Amps 25 KA rupturing capacitiy with Adjustable Thermal and Fixed Magnetic setting - 1 Nos Notes :- (i) All incoming and outgoing feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size glands & thimples.(ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint (iii) All MCCB should be connected to Bus bar directly through expended links.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before, size of LT panel box (Kiosk) type not less than 1.0 m high x 1.0 m width x 0.5 m depth but incommer & outgoing as per the following:- (A) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole, LT 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC, 250 Amps rating with 36 KA rupturing capacity, thermal & magnetic release adjustable type (Ics=100%Icu) - 01 No (ii) Bus bar Aluminium TPN 400 Amps - 01 Set of 4 Note:- (i) All incoming / outgoing cables shall be connected through suitable size gland plate/glands and these will be connected with Al lugs of suitable size (ii) The size of gland plates should be suitable capacity of cable (iii) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included necessary internal wiring with copper conductor of suitable size as per manufacture requirement

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 40 mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete including taking down existing u/s earthing all as specified & as directed. Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manners.

Taking out the old unserviceable LT underground cable 16 Sqmm 4 core 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing/cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately.
