First class Brick Work in (1:4) cement & four coarse sand 2.20 F.M. morter in foundation and plinth and T&P etc all completed as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 20 SI NO 6.05 ITEM NO 305 (a)

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 36 SI NO 13.11 NEW ITEM)

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of berger/JK birla or similar make 2 coats as per PWD SOR 2022 662 new item.

Finishing wall with weather coat of approved make and quality on old surface with two or more coat to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work SOR 2022 ITEMN. 15.24 NEW ITEM

Painting or varnishing work in small areas or new wood work with one coat (upto one square metre of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
