Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of an industrial-grade, ceiling-suspended Centrifugal single inlet single width (SISW) double skinned cabinet construction type Exhaust Air Unit (EAU) Assembly, factory-configured for high-grease, high-heat commercial kitchen extraction duty, engineered to deliver a continuous airflow capacity of 7,500 CFM against an external static pressure of 50 mmWC (2.0" WG). The entire assembly shall strictly comply with the following technical specifications: Cabinet Housing: Rigid double-skin casing featuring a minimum 25mm thick injected Polyurethane Foam (PUF) insulation (minimum density 40 kg/m³), sandwiched between a minimum 0.63mm thick galvanized inner & outer skins, mounted on an extruded aluminium structural profile frame. Blower & Air Movement: High-efficiency, AMCA 210/ IS 4894 compliant Single Inlet Single Width (SISW) Centrifugal Fan featuring a non-overloading, statically and dynamically balanced Backward-Curved Impeller designed to shed grease naturally during rotation. Motor: 415V, 3-Phase, 50 Hz, IE3 energy efficient TEFC Squirrel Cage Induction Motor with Class F insulation and IP55 protection, mounted inside a completely isolated internal compartment positioned outside the primary greasy airstream path to eliminate friction ignition and fire hazards. Drive Mechanism: Belt-driven system utilizing matched anti-static wedge belts and dynamically balanced adjustable-pitch pulleys, with the entire fan-and-motor assembly isolated internally via rubber-in-shear or steel spring pads. Serviceability: Equipped with an airtight hinged inspection/service access door featuring compression latches and grease-resistant synthetic gaskets, and an integrated threaded oil/condensation drain plug located at the absolute lowest point of the fan casing scroll. Ceiling slab suspension including structural steel channels, heavy-duty galvanized threaded suspension rods, concrete drop-in expansion anchors to tie directly into the building's main RCC slab, and a minimum of four (4) matching Spring-in-Shear Vibration Hangers to prevent low-frequency operational humming from traveling into the structure. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of three phase 6,000 cfm box-framed wall-mount unit exhaust fan enclosed in GI/ powder coated MS housing with automatic gravity louvers that snap shut when the fan turns off and bird mesh, entirely blocking entry of birds and rodents. (Rate inclusive of GST, as applicable)

Supply, installation, and commissioning of 7' (L) x 3' (D) x 2.5' (H) SS 304 hood factory fabricated heavy-duty, wall-mounted Type I Box-Style commercial kitchen hood canopies fabricated from prime 1.20 mm thick Stainless Steel sheets of Grade 304 (SS 304) with a brushed/matt grain finish, featuring an integrated internal filter track sloped at a mandatory 45-degree angle, complete with required nos. removable SS 304 Baffle Grease Filters. The lower structural rim of the hood must feature a tight, safe internal perimeter grease-collection trough (gutter) sloped cleanly toward a removable, thread-on stainless steel grease collection cup at the low end to catch oil runoff. The chimney hoods shall be supported using robust structural hanger brackets welded directly to the top plate of the hood shroud, suspended via minimum 12 mm diameter MS threaded rods anchored into the concrete ceiling using heavy expansion dash fasteners. All hanger rods and visible supporting steel must be wire-brushed and painted with clean industrial grey or white heat-resistant enamel paint to suit the open-ceiling layout. For take-off connections, hoods shall be provided with factory-cut exhaust collar openings on the top plate, complete with a minimum 50 mm tall matching 16-Gauge Mild Steel drop-collar extension flange, continuously welded externally liquid-tight to receive the vertical drops of the horizontal ceiling trunks. Dismantling and reinstallation of existing 10 feet long SS hood within the office premises, including wall mounting hardware, threaded suspension rods, and support channels anchored to the building structure, supply & fixing of new baffle grease filters, thorough cleaning & degreasing of the hoods and buffing of exposed SS finish surfaces. (Rate inclusive of GST, as applicable)

Dismantling and reinstallation of existing 4 feet long SS hood within the office premises, including wall mounting hardware, threaded suspension rods, and support channels anchored to the building structure, supply & fixing of new baffle grease filters, thorough cleaning & degreasing of the hoods and buffing of exposed SS finish surfaces. (Rate inclusive of GST, as applicable)

Supply, installation, testing, and air-balancing of factory fabricated rectangular Galvanized Iron (GI) sheet metal ductwork, fabricated from 0.8 mm thick GI sheet, confirming to IS: 655 / SMACNA standards complete with slip joints, neoprene gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, turning vanes, hangers, supports (with galvanised steel wire ropes arrangement including accessories to be fixed at truss/ purlin) etc. as per approved drawings and specifications. (Rate inclusive of GST, as applicable)

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing, and alignment of multi-blade, opposed-blade configuration heavy-duty, manual Volume Control Dampers (VCD) fabricated from 20-Gauge Galvanized Iron (GI) sheets, designed for rectangular duct mounting and confirming to SMACNA Guidelines and IS: 655 duct construction standards. The external drive shaft must be fitted with a heavy-duty, die-cast aluminium or galvanized steel manual locking quadrant lever assembly. (Rate inclusive of GST, as applicable)

Supply and Installation of 150 mm deep antivibration flexible joints made out of imported fire resistance flexible double canvas sleeve with extruded aluminium frame /flanges on both sides. (Rate inclusive of GST, as applicable)
