M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 05 Kg per 10 Square metre providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne roller complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Mixing to be carried out at Hot mixing plant and laid by Mechanical paver)

M&L Premix bituminous (paving bitumen any penetration) macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne roller (consolidated) thickness 75mm or less and binder content of 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Rough Excavition not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting for road berms by roller exc 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Soling (or sub base) 100 mm thick (spread thickness) with broke boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 Tonne power and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specfied and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM coarse aggregates of grading (63 to 40mm size) with granite,trap or basalt in two layers of 75 mm each layer spread and rolled with 8 to 12 Tonne power and consolidated to gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-30) @ 10 Kg per 10 Square metre providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne roller complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 1.00 Sqm each sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat at the rate of 5 Kg/10 Sqm, putting premixed carpet , rolled / rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat(6.80kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) and again well rammed to true surface (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) depth of pot holes not exc 30 mm using paving bituminous complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of road surfaces and applying refective themoplastic road marking paint (White or golden Yellow) of minimum 2.50 mm thick (conforming to BIS-3262), single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using ' HOT MARK' by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder , glass beads , titanium dioxide , cacium carbonate , inter filler as specified in table 803.4 of MORTH specification , thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as spd in (intermix) type-I , MOST/BS 6088A and road marking shall done as per provisions contained in IRC -35-1997 , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road solar stud made of aluminium alloy and contruction, size 125x125x25mm, solar powered by monocrystal solar panel, having one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery for power back upto 12 hrs and 3 Hrs and 3 Nos LEDs -010mm each side total 06 nos , viever distance 1000 mtrs , fixing with nail/screws/fastener / polymer adhesive / epoxy bond to the surfaces , after preparation and making even surfaces all as specified and directed.
