Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All Kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Pillar foundation

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., icluding cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes For Eaves Board, 40 mm x 6 mm M.S Flat, Bolt & Nuts 30 mm x 6 mm

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supply of PVC Coated Chain Link Fencing of 1.5 Mtr height made of wire dia 5 mm with wire mesh size of 50 mm x 50 mm. PVC coated to achieve outer dia. not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade.

Supplying at Site :- R.C.C. Standards post ( 15 cm x Top 10 cm x1.80 Mtr. Height) of mix1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with 8 mm main bar 04 nos.and strippus 6 mm bar @ 15 cm c/c & nibs 6 mm bar wherever required as per direction of Engineer-incharge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).
