The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works totaling Rs.11.41 lakhs (usually not less than 50% of the electrical works) in any one year
Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work such as Building work of value not less than Rs.39.77 Lakhs, in previous five years
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22,2022-23 ,2023-24,2024-25 &2025-26 (c)executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work 1 Earthwork-3257.00 cum 2.RCC/CC-36.00 Cum 3.TMT Steel-2.63 tonne 4.Supplying of Furniture like Three Seater Sofa/Wooden Cot/Dinning Table/Wood chair/King size mattress-20Nos.
Each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/machinery for execution of the work.However as per Govt circular No.GO FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt 11-05-2022,this clause for owning key equipments for works costing upto Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per MORTH specification&b As per Go FD4PCL2008 dated 14.10.2008 for KW4 3.3a key and critical equipments a)Concrete mixture with hooper b)Tippers c)Shutteing materials,d)Excavator e)water tanker
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx2.5-B)Where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N -Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited-0.5 Year.B-Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.5year (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years2021-22,2022-23 ,2023-24,2024-25 &2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.79.55 Lakhs(in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) and to UPLOAD ORIGINAL CA TURNOVER CERTIFICATE WITH UDIN NO
Liquid Assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.23.87 Lakhs (Credit Lines or letter of credit or certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc
Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27)
Value at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be executed during the next 12 months(Financial commitment of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27), (Monthwise commitment shall be furnished)

The tenderer shall furnish ,as part of his tender,EMD in the amount as shown in column 4 of the table of IFT for this particular work.The E.M.D. Rs.159100.00shall be paid in full through E-payment or in two parts part(1)Rs.50,000/- BY E-PAYMENT. Part (2) balance EMD of Rs.109100.00 EMD shall be in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Bagalkote Division Bagalkote. And should be in the form of Bank Guarantee in the Prescribed format obtained from any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank.
