M & L for dismantling defective sewage non clog type sewage pump set of 10/7.5 HP capacity at site opening suction, delivery pipe line connections,coupling nut bolts and taking out the pump set to contractors workshop for repair, machine work including refixing, assembling coupling with motor,lowering down and testing on full load for 04 hours incl providing gland packing and making the pump leak proof incl any other minor work as required at site and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-i) Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of schedule ii) Transportation charges for the motor to wksp & back are deemed to be included in rates quoted, no extra payment will be made on this account. iii) Pump set issued for repair must be returned & installed duly repaired within seven days otherwise Rs 100 per day per pump will deducted from the bill as penalty. iv) Minor items like nut/bolts, bearing grease, packing gaskets of required size to be taken in consideration while quoting the rates. No extra payment will be made on this account.

M & L for rewinding burnt coils of Induction Motor stator of following capacity with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size and guage to achieve the required /specified RPM including taking out old unserviceable winding ,cleaning/ repairing damaged slots , complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-i) Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of schedule. ii) Transportation charges for the motor to workshop & back are deemed to be included in rates quoted, no extra payment will be made on this account. iii) Motor issued for rewinding must be returned & installed duly repaired within seven days. (iv) Contractor will arrange testing of motor on full load for contineous eight hours. Contractor or his rep will be present on the site during the testing period. v) Minor items like nut/bolts, bearing grease, packing gaskets of required size to be taken in consideration while quoting the rates. No extra payment will be made on this account.

Supply only flat submersible cable 3 core multi stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm.ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Steel wire rope, PVC insulated of size 10 mm dia of suitable size/ length and fixed with clamps, nuts & bolts and washers etc for holding column pipes / GI pipes of submersible pump set complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair FASD starter FN 32 with 3 Nos 10 A fuse, star contactor MNX 9 240 V delta and main contactor MNX 12, 240V add on block 2 No, 2NC over load relay MN2 , 3-5, MPPR 300-4-11 range single phasing, over load, phase reversal, lock rotar, over voltage and under voltage relay with panel enclosure and wiring, 5 HP motor rating AC-3 duty, 415V, 50Hz, 3 phase all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair FASD starter FN 32 with 3 Nos 20 A fuse, star contactor MNX 9 240 V delta and main contactor MNX 12 240V add on block 2 No, 2NC over load relay MN2 , 6-10, MPPR 300-8-221 range single phasing, over load, phase reversal, lock rotar, over voltage and under voltage relay with panel enclosure and wiring, 10 HP motor rating AC-3 duty, 415V, 50Hz, 3 phase all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for blocking of incoming sewage water in sump,dewatering desilting / taking out accumulated sludge, Silt, Mud etc. from sewage collection sump and connected channels including scrapping down and cleaning internal surface of walls, Floors, Roofs, Mechanical Parts and cleaning blockage of wash out channels, pipes Drainage system etc. and removing the same to a distance not exc. 50 Metre and reopening of blockage of sump complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Quoted rate deemed to included the followings:- (a) Diesel/ electric Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity with operators including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes. (b) Lorry/Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 3 KL should be used for disposing off the same to the location where approved and directed. (c ) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects to be observed including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Painting of external surface should be cement baised paint

Removal of Filter media from DMF and ACF filters and reloading the same after cleaning and new media reloading complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for Servicing of NC Horizontal Multi staging pump including Taking out Pump from its Position by decoupling from Motor and disconnecting , degreasing bearing and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in- Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts, Replacement of Gasket set and gland packing rope,greasing the bearing with bearing grease ,Reassembeling the Pump complete with all existing serviceable parts, Reinstall the Pump at its existing Position , couple with the Motor and connecting all suction delivery water connections and testing on completion complete all as specified by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F in replacement motor compatible with centrifuge pump set of make: Alfa Laval Cat Part No 61195730-00 with tapar lock D28, Torque 31 NM and motor plate, IEC NX 904 including accessories with electric connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation in soft/ loose soil,not exceeding 15cm deep for cleaning the area by cutting the unwanted bushes/vegetation growth in and around the area of installation/around the valve pit chamber/along the pipeline routes if reqd etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Scraping old paint of Electric Panel (internal annd external) and Painting with two coats of synthetic enameal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including disconnecting electric connection and re-wiring without any damage of existing parts as directed by Engnr-in-Charge complete as all specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing sand cushioning for protection of UG cable in trenches with dry sand approved quality including filling, spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punnned thickness shall be measured.

M&L in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr (B.G.L.) and connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 6 mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore light grade galvanized steel tubing up to 7.5 mtr length for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion complete.
