M&L for attending major breakdown on HT lines, UG cables including replacement of insulators/ conductors and laying of temporary cables etc. Note:- (i) The contactor shall immediately attend breakdown on short notice as & when required with T&P and transport on receipt of information in required to breakdown on the direction of Engr-in-charge. (ii) In case contractor fails to attend and rectify the fault within 6 hrs after intimation by department by any means, he will liable to bear the recovery @ Rs 2000/- per hour. After intimation of 24 hours, department will rectify the fault through other agency on contractor risk and cost and double amount should be recovered from contractor's dues.

S&F in repair Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 185 sq. mm, 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 900mm x 600mm x 5mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper earthstrip 32x6mm earthing electrode as per CPRI drawing 76mm 3 Mtr long tested on 52.kA, yield strength 329, tensile strength 426, Elongation Bend / Flattering. Filled with highly conductive compound which increase the life of earthing electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Earthing electrode filled with highly conductive compound which increase the life. Composition of chemical filled in electrode water solubility, acid solubility. Grain size 100mesh, along with BFC Compound non toxic, non reactive, non explosive and non corrosive, including earthing pit and chamber cover complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of DDC panel with all necessary spares for installation on 1No. HT panel having 8 breakers at Cabinet Secretariat Building. The said DDC panel must be capable of acquiring the data from various relays/ meters/ breakers/hard-points, etc., conditioning data for transmitting, transferring data through DDC panel to the server/ LED screen as per direction given by Engr-in-Charge. Also, the unit should be able to perform bidirectional communication for future use.Must have monitoring and control (along with automation logic capability) for inputs/ outputs for 1 No. HT having 48 Digital inputs. Shall also be monitoring DC supply. Contractors shall consider at least 48 DIs . Along with RS485 and TCP interfaces for multifunction meters and relays (minimum 3 points per relay) The system should be mounted in a panel of size 400mm x 800mm x 300mm (minimum) fabricated from 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and must be powder coated. It shall be installed at outdoor site and, and shall be consisting of following:

S&F in repair multifunction meters with RS485 for mounting on 1 No. of HT panels (replacing analog ampere meters) using existing current transformers. The meter shall be of acc cl 1.0 and shall be able to record V, A, KW, KWh, PF, F. In addition, All meters shall also be able to record THD (current and voltage) with all wiring cabling, cutting of cabinets, etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Reprogramming, Testing and Commissioning of all building management software screens, Annual Reporting Modules, Alerts and Alarms as follows: 1. Reprogramming and development of schedulars to ensure that local jobs are not down; and to kickstart the same. Development of site-based scheduling algorithms for the same. 2. The module shall be self programmable with training and support. Programming, configuration and customisation of the Smart Platform with respect to the water/ Chiller/ DG Modules as per actual site conditions and requirement of the engineer. Creation of Day wise Reports for :- (i) Run hours of HT VCB's panels (ii) HT VCB's controlling operation failures (iii) Active/Return status of each equipment with date and time. (iv). Configuring notifications, alerts and alarms as per preset logic. (v). Consumption Patterns - Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual reports for the following must be provided: 1. HT VCB's 1a. Grid supply availability. Periodic flow and level in the tanks 2. HT VCB'S ON/ OFF Any other reports upto 40 numbers shall be provided as deem fit by Engineer-in-Charge. The engine is to be build on existing Building Management System all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for laying High-Performance CAT-6 Rated LAN cable - The RJ 45 cord with 24 AWG CCA wire provides universal connectivity for LAN network components upto 10 Gbps Speed, male to male ,bandwidth tested up to 550 MHz. Required Steel/PVC conduit. Including conduit and all accessories to mount/fix the cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for laying 2 Core 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper cable PVC insulated, laid up together PVC inner sheathed, GI wire braided, flexible armouring, overall PVC sheathed, steel braided cables as required complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rates include Power cables to be laid as specified with GI/PVC pipe protection whereever deemed necessary)

S&F in repairs ground 10 Core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & PVC Copper armored cable with heavy duty PVC Saddles 60 cm apart complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted inner and outer surfaces of indoor/out door HT panels, spray painting the same with two coat of synthetic enamel paint grey (or as per direction givrn by Engr-in-Charge) and a coat of red oxide primer to achive smooth finish including writing of Machine No. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement (at site/workshop), Porcelain Transformer bushing on HT (11KV) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity 1600 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and suitable size pad type bus bar almuminium and nut bolt washers etc.

S&F in replacement of Impluse Emergency First aid kit box with basic medicine like Band Aid strips of min 20 Nos, Anteseptic cream, Cotton, Surgical tape 1 inch, non sterial gauge swabs, Hydrogen peroxide bottle, medical spirit bottle complete all as specified and directed.

Testing and re-setting and checking connection of control cable from transformer tap changer to panel of auto tap changer relay up to 2 MVA transformer through authorised service engineer, Checking of instruments function and taking corrective action for improvement if found improper, Tap changer panel l/breakers and tranformer control panel complete for its proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for maintenance servicing , calibration of existing APFC panel with and including repair/replacement of unsv of capacitor with existing size complete upto 500KVAR APFC Panel all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of Alarm annucator 8 window of existing make and model suitable for 11/0.4KV HT breaker complete all specified and directed.

M&L for fabricating feeder distribution layout board on ACP sheet of thickness 3mm and size as required at site designing the layout as per the sketch provided by GE using ecosolvent print including lamination and fixing to the wall using necessary fixing nuts, bolts and spares as required at site. The job includes removing of old layout board from its position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting existing BT road/PCC of size 45cm x 60cm for taking out/laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and refilling the same in layers well ramming including watering as required and matching with the existing surface with 200mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and curing the same with wet gunny bags and removing debris to a distance not less than 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 80 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing/on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables including taking out old GI tubing complete all as directed.

Servicing of capacitor bank 560 KVAR, 12 KV, 3 Ph Dry Type Series Reactor and checking of capacitance of capacitor including control & power wiring, barrel fuses cleaning of spare parts including testing of relay & contactor, tightening of nuts/bolts etc after taking shutdown as per electrical safety norms complete all as directed Note: Spares costing upto Rs.1500.00 shall be deemed to be included the in quoted rate.

M&L for Dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 11/0.433 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed.
