Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description and in any position including PCC padding any thickness and cleaning, wire brushing, watering & removal of debris outside MOD LAND complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work

Supply and Application of 5 Layer SHR, Waterproofing Coating System on leaking concrete surface by thorough surface preparation followed by one absorption coat of Thermacool WP 51, nano-tech modified. UV resistant elastomeric clear coat having min. 50% solids, then overcoating with 2 coats of Thermacool WP51 + cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% Elongation, Tensile Strength min. 2.2 MPa and then top-coated wtih 2 coats of Thermacool 0.3C pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) Solar IR Heat Reflective coating confirming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull of Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of comentitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 sqm/Ltr/2 coat, DFT 100 - 120 macrons using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should have been tested at IIT or NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by Thermacool approved applicator only.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on external surfaces including mixing with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with waters to remove dusts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete padding laid to required slope including finishing the concrete surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar (1:4) for laying roof finish on padding mixed with WPC@ 3% by weight of total cement, complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg / Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP polymeric membrane min weighting 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm laid on primed surfaces by torch application method complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of surface ( free from standing water) priming the surafce with UV stable Polyurethane water proof liquid membrane at 400gm/sqmt dilute with water 1:1; applying 1st coat of ShaliPrime WP WB or equivalent at 400gm / Sqm; Applying 1st coat of UV stable Polyurethane water proof liquid membrane White at 1Kg/Sqm; placing 40 Gsm Geotextile / FG Tissue as reinforcement followed by 2nd coat of UV stable Polyurethane water proof liquid membrane at 1kg/sqm; Ensuring final curing of 36hrs before carrying any further work; Extend water proofing treatment and terminate at the top of the edge of the parapet wall & seal the groove using repair mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia GI Tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 25mm or 32mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 40mm or 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore tubes 'medium grade' galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm bore tubes 'medium grade' galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32mm bore GI Tubing medium grade fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm bore GI Tubing medium grade fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for new or old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic crack seal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build anti caronatin coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing RCC/PCC water tank tank of any size and any dia of any description and in any position including cleaning, wire brushing, watering & removal of debris outside MOD complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M30 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed brackets of angles, I section, beams or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel')

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410-00(gde E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoisting and fixing of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 2000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I incl connecting the overflow drain out, inlet and out pipes, tank nipple, elbow, bend, unions, sockets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, hoisting and fixing of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I incl connecting the overflow drain out, inlet and out pipes, tank nipple, elbow, bend, unions, sockets etc complete all as specified and as directed.
